參考台灣，已追上國際水準了
[新聞] 主計總處首度公布國民幸福指數調查，2012年房價所得比8.3倍

主計處阿 主計處~~ 前一陣子公布的去年CPI 僅上漲 0.79% 就超詭異~
反正抽樣方式主計處說了算，房價所得比也是。

其實台北與香港差距 真的是大哥笑二哥
但台北租報率很慘，台北65年還本，香港28.5年。
真的是爛頭寸一大堆，有錢沒處去 拼命往房子去。

上海:28.97
南京:20.75
