        且此類案件之相關帳號已有多名證實經過販賣或用於散佈不當連結。


        浮濫註冊之帳號一律逕行砍除，且不接受申訴。


        其來源單位之 "所有信箱" 一律禁止用於註冊本站帳號或新增至帳號資料中

        （例如：台大資訊系信箱經人濫用，則所有 ntu.edu.tw 信箱全部封鎖），

        不排除暫停所有相關類型電子信箱（如學校信箱）之認證功能。



        註一：

        　　桃園市除上列學校有此情形外，亦發現零星其他學校之信箱有類似情形，


            即 tyc.edu.tw 結尾之信箱一律禁止用於認證或更新至帳號資料。



        註二：


            發現註冊資料不實或與現行〈帳號審核原則〉規定不符者，逕行退註，


        　　發現依系統設定期限已過久未登入之帳號則逕行清除。



        註三：

        　　於清查過程中，若發現帳號經過轉移，

　　        帳號之新舊持有人均依〈共用帳號禁止條例〉懲處，
