這篇文章實在有誤導的嫌疑

尤其是他放的圖片都是專利說明的圖片

而真正重要的部分應該是在 claim 的部分

我先說結論
Apple主要是保護拉動文件時會出現在右邊的一個小棒棒
(可以參考一下影片 http://ppt.cc/pBs7 )

這個棒棒的長度之於可顯示的總長度的比例會等於已經顯示出部分與整份文件的比例，

而棒棒的位置也會出現在已顯示出部分相對於整份文件的位置。

但是這個棒棒並不是卷軸，我認為差別在於這個棒棒不能主動去拉他，他的位置只具備顯
示的作用而已。

所以看起來並不是毀滅性的專利吧....要符合獨立項所有敘述的事情才算是採到專利

話說回來能會願意對於一個使用者介面申請專利的公司並不多

原因是可能下一版就會改版了。



我們可以發現Apple 設計了一個使用者介面的方法，就會持續使用這樣的方法，


並且用專利將其保護起來。

相對於HTC，我個人是很希望HTC sense 應該也有申請一些專利保護住他們覺得好的設計。

1. A method, comprising: at a portable multifunction device with a touch
screen display:
一個運用在可攜式具備觸控顯示螢幕的設備

a. displaying a portion of an electronic document on the touch screen display,
wherein the displayed portion of the electronic document has a vertical
position in the electronic document;
顯示部分的電子文件於觸控螢幕上，顯示出的部分有一個相對應的垂直位置。

b. displaying a vertical bar on top of the displayed portion of the
electronic document, the vertical bar displayed proximate to a vertical edge of the displayed
portion of the electronic document, wherein: the vertical bar has a vertical
position on top of the displayed portion of the electronic document  that
corresponds to the vertical position in the electronic document of the
displayed portion of the electronic document ; and the vertical bar is not a
scroll bar;


c. detecting a movement of an object in a direction on the displayed portion
of the electronic document; in response to detecting the movement: scrolling
the electronic document displayed on the touch screen display in the
direction of movement of the object so that a new portion of the electronic
document is displayed, moving the vertical bar to a new vertical position
such that the new vertical position corresponds to the vertical position in
the electronic document of the displayed new portion of the electronic
document, and maintaining the vertical bar proximate to the vertical edge of
the displayed portion of the electronic document;
 and in response to a predetermined condition being met, ceasing to display
the vertical bar while continuing  to display the displayed portion of the
electronic document, wherein the displayed portion of the electronic document
 has a vertical extent that is less than a vertical extent of the electronic
document.
當偵測到有一個物件(附屬項裡面有提到是手指頭)在螢幕上移動的時候
(1) 移動 : 會顯示移動到的相對應文件部分，並且將垂直棒移至
相對應之位置
(2) 當符合某個事先定義好的狀況時(EX:10秒後)，這個垂直棒就會在持續顯示的狀態下
消失。

我的意思是說這種 bar 只用在portable device
可以類似的觀念搞不好 M 有在其他的裝置上寫過專利了
