單就英國撤離agents這則新聞，我個人其實比較偏向相信這是英國政府為了要推新的監聽法案而在製造風向。

我所觀察到的外國輿論（採樣不一定準確，因為我會看的大多是科技圈相關的地方），對於Sunday的說法大多也都不買帳。
 

二則那篇報導的兩天之前，才有需要新的監聽法案的報告出來。

第三Sunday的政治立場.....嗯....雖然這麼講起來Guardian的立場也是很鮮明啦。
