這篇文很棒，其實就是，把不同性別的人當成個體來對待，而不僅僅將之視為自我慾望的對象來看。

這個「聽說」是聽誰說呢？我猜大概是很傳統那派「女生說不要就是要」的觀點吧。

在那個亨利卡維爾的世界裡，女人必須是矜持的，不應該開口說他想不想要，應該要欲拒還迎以表現自己的貞潔／不好上手／價值，而男人應該是有侵略性的、征服性的，透過「征服女性」的方式取得「成就」。

有沒有女性也相信這套玩法？有啊，挺不少的。

但現代男性如果想要保護自己，最好的方式就是不和這些口是心非的人往來了啊，不是嗎？又喜歡這個調調又怕被誣賴，自助餐吃很爽喔。

〈我也是〉的這篇文章蠻溫暖的，看了也覺得挺感人的，被我的感想弄得好像劍拔弩張的真是有點不好意思。只好呼籲一下男性們都探索一下自己的內在小孩，朝向水瓶世紀邁進吧（爆）

在The New Yorker雜誌揭露Weinstein性騷擾案而獲得普立茲獎的記者Ronan Farrow，日前出書完整紀錄他針對多起影視產業性騷擾案的調查過程（包含一起NBC主播的強姦指控案），讓他的前僱主MSNBC成為熱門箭靶。Farrow原本是NBC員工，但因為NBC老闆阻擋他報導Weinstein案而離開NBC。NBC一度對於Farrow帶著在聘僱期間著手調查的案件投靠其他媒體而有所不滿。

第45屆法國奧斯卡「凱薩獎」今日登場，86歲導演羅曼波蘭斯基（Roman Polanski）因為身陷性侵未成年少女的醜聞缺席典禮，仍以新作《軍官與間諜》榮獲最佳導演，女星阿黛兒艾奈爾（Adele Haenel）當場氣到走人，在場多位女性影人跟隨她的腳步，離席表達抗議。

羅曼波蘭斯基1977年和13歲女模發生性行為，被美方以性侵罪通緝，在審判前逃到歐洲，截至目前有12位女性聲稱遭到羅曼波蘭斯基性騷擾，包括去年11月一名法國女攝影師，指控羅曼波蘭斯基將她暴打一頓之後性侵。

挾著威尼斯影展銀獅獎的氣勢，《軍官與間諜》在凱薩獎榮獲12項提名，遭到法國婦女團體群起抗議，羅曼波蘭斯基日前公開表示「不會出席凱薩獎」，未料抗議行動越演越烈，最終使得路易卡瑞等主演全體缺席典禮。

即使如此，《軍官與間諜》仍獲得凱薩獎最佳導演、改編劇本、美術設計3獎，在羅曼波蘭斯基奪下最佳導演時，女星阿黛兒艾奈爾憤而離席，嘴裡念念有詞，多位影人跟著起身離場，台上嘉賓尷尬10秒的畫面全球播出。

阿黛兒艾奈爾12歲曾受到導演克里斯托夫魯吉亞性騷擾，對羅曼波蘭斯基也付諸行動杯葛，她說：「野獸並不存在。該檢驗的是我們的社會、我們自己、我們的朋友、我們的父親；我們不是要消滅他們，而是幫助他們改變，但要促成這改變發生，必須經過一段時間讓他們自我觀照反省，或是我們所有人一起觀照反省。法國完全錯過登上Me Too這艘船。」

法官判了Roman必須到加州矯正與康復部（台灣沒有類似的單位，如果有大概就是中央政府並非加州政府的矯正司或保護司）裡面待三個月沒有行動自由，接受精神狀況評估。42天後恢復自由應該要出席量刑聽證會結果卻逃出國，從此成為通緝犯。

認罪協商並不等於"陷害"，這是美國刑法上非常重要的分別。任何一個US Attorney或DA、ADA、甚至是律師或美國法學院修過刑法的學生都知道差別在哪。

偶爾逛一下很沒營養的ptt電影版，就看到可悲厭女末期患者被留美法律人打臉。

我喜歡波蘭斯基的電影，尤其是早期的驚悚作品，例如《失嬰記》與《唐人街》，無可否認的他是天才，但我也覺得凱撒獎不該頒獎給他，希望有生之年這個強暴犯能得到應有的制裁。

35 歲英國男演員亨利卡維爾（Henry Cavill）以擔任 DC 現任的超級英雄「超人」角色聞名於全球，擁有一張俊俏臉蛋的他是影迷公認的英倫帥哥，身高 185 公分的亨利卡維爾長期以來也給人優雅紳士的好形象，不過現在這位「超人」演員似乎陷入了失言風暴之中。

原來亨利卡維爾登上了澳洲版《GQ》的封面人物，這位男演員在訪談當中談起了從去年開始掀起的「MeToo 運動」。這項運動是由於好萊塢大佬哈維· 溫斯坦（Harvey Weinstein ）被揭發數十年來都濫用職權以對女員工和女演員進行性騷擾，因此歐美演藝圈的女星都掀起了拒絕職場性騷擾的宣示運動，而許多導演和男演員都在 MeToo 運動當中，被爆出昔日曾經性騷擾女性的黑歷史，包含名演員摩根· 費里曼（Morgan Freeman）、導演伍迪艾倫（Woody Allen）和盧貝松（Luc Besson）都中箭落馬。

亨利卡維爾便在專訪中談到了他對 MeToo 運動的看法，他表示：「男人追求女人是一件相當美好的事情，這是一個很傳統且正常的事情，我認為女人天生就是應該被追求和愛慕的，也許我的看法很老派，但是當世間有一定的規矩存在時，追求女人這件事情就變得越來越困難，現在這種風氣之下，我會想"我還是別去上前跟那個女孩聊天好了，搞不好我會被莫名其妙冠上強暴犯或什麼的罪名"。」

亨利卡維爾暗諷 MeToo 運動的言論，很快就遭到許多網友撻伐，使得亨利卡維爾已經公開發表道歉聲明，不過也有不少人表達支持，認為亨利卡維爾這樣的發言正是反映了 MeToo 運動矯枉過正的情況：「我認為他沒有必要道歉，現在就是連男人邀請一個女人出去都會變成言語性騷擾」、「亨利卡維爾道歉之後，更沒有人敢說真話」、「看見他道歉我感到很沮喪，其實很多男人在近來都擁有同樣的感覺」

有些版本會強調戈爾貢三姊妹中兩個姐姐都是不死身，感覺只是為了凸顯妹妹的頭可以砍下來吧?
從後來梅杜莎的頭被當作道具那麼方便來看，基本上她的頭應該還是活著的
只是為了劇情方便才不讓她跟佩修斯有任何對話交流
不然她大概在袋子裡整天罵佩修斯吧?

波賽頓：強姦者，海神。象徵有權有利人士。
雅典娜：地位比波賽頓低，動不了他。可以比喻成較高位或既得利益的女權人士。
梅杜莎：受到有權有利人士的壓迫。但沒有膽量可以動上面的人。可以比喻成中下層的女性。
柏修斯：同樣受到壓迫。但因其能力，壓縮到中下層的女性，而受到攻擊。

這個雕像超符合現實的+1

根據《The Hollywood Reporter》報導，克里斯諾斯接連被兩名女子指控性侵，一名40歲女性透露17年前赴男方住處還書時，竟在鏡子前遭到性侵，當時哭求克里斯諾斯停止獸行，未料卻始終不肯停止，沒想到要求他戴上保險套，反而遭到嘲笑，事後傷口血流不止的她，被朋友緊急送到醫院就醫。另一位31歲的女性表示6年前巧遇克里斯諾斯，讓身為死忠粉絲的她開心不已，沒想到被邀請到男方家中品酒時，竟在鏡子前被男方性侵得逞讓她對這位崇拜多年的國際巨星印象就此幻滅。

對於兩名女性指控性侵，克里斯諾斯發聲明表示數十年認識他為人的所有人，得知此指控都會相信是子虛烏有，他強調不管如何絕對不會跨過道德界線，更質疑這些報導的消息來源及時間點，接著表示當時雙方都是你情我願，並否認自己犯下的獸行，更再三強調：「我沒有性侵這些女性」。

而《慾望城市》先前推出影集《慾望城市：華麗下半場》，不料首集結尾，克里斯諾斯飾演的「大人物」竟在浴室心臟病發猝逝，莎拉潔西卡派克扮演的女主角凱莉因此成了寡婦，被賜死的劇情讓所有死忠粉絲直呼不能接受。

In October 2017, Caton-Jones told BuzzFeed News that he was forced from the production of the 1998 crime drama film B. Monkey when he refused to fire lead actress Sophie Okonedo, who producer Harvey Weinstein had deemed was not "fuckable".

Weinstein told Variety that Caton-Jones left the production due to "creative differences". Michael Radford was hired to replace Caton-Jones and Okonedo was replaced by Asia Argento. Argento was one of three women who in 2017 told The New Yorker she had been raped by Weinstein; she said she submitted to Weinstein because "I felt I had to, because I had the movie coming out and I didn’t want to anger him."
