查寧塔圖、珊卓布拉克的同校女兒成天吵架　兩位常被叫去學校的巨星家長因此熟識變好友

查寧塔圖（Channing Tatum）、珊卓布拉克（Sandra Bullock）最近為了兩人首次攜手主演的尋寶喜劇《失落謎城》（The Lost City）勤跑宣傳，很多觀眾可能會以為，塔圖和布拉克是因為《失落謎城》而相識，但他們在近期的許多受訪場合都談到，彼此的緣份其實要更早於合拍《失落謎城》，而且他們最初之所以認識對方，全是因為雙方的小孩在學校發生衝突。

在和查寧塔圖、丹尼爾雷德克里夫（Daniel Radcliffe）一起接受《紐約時報》（NYT）專訪時，珊卓布拉克憶起她和塔圖的初次見面是在自己的生日派對上，但真正的認識對方，則是更後來的事。

「我們是因為一場爭執而認識對方，我們被叫去幼稚園的園長辦公室見面，因為艾芙莉（塔圖的女兒）和萊拉（布拉克的養女）起了衝突，我們（最初）都祈禱是另一個小孩先挑釁的。」布拉克回憶道。塔圖表示，後來衝突已經化解，布拉克也補充，艾芙莉和萊拉現在已經變成好朋友，她們甚至還有一起跟著爸媽去外地拍攝《失落謎城》。

在首映會紅毯上接受《People》雜誌訪問時，布拉克則提到，她和塔圖不只一次因為女兒們的事情被叫去學校：「查寧和我常常接到學校校長的電話，因為我們的女兒一天到晚在吵架。她們現在不會這樣了，但是看到她們成天跟對方比較、試圖要打敗對方的樣子真的很好笑。所以我跟查寧總是會祈禱說，希望倒大楣的是對方的女兒。」

布拉克也透露，艾芙莉和萊拉跟著她們去拍《失落謎城》的時候常會睡同個房間過夜：「我們會一起過夜，一起睡我的床，但查寧除外啦，只有小孩子而已。查寧晚上沒事，他會和他的哥兒們出去玩。」

Bryan Singer met Kevin Spacey at a party after a screening of the young filmmaker's first film, Public Access, at the 1993 Sundance Film Festival, where it won the Grand Jury Prize.

Kevin Spacey met Byrne at a party and asked him to do the film. He read the screenplay and turned it down, thinking that the filmmakers could not pull it off. Byrne met screenwriter Christopher McQuarrie and Singer and was impressed by the latter's vision for the film. However, Byrne was also dealing with some personal problems at the time and backed out for 24 hours until the filmmakers agreed to shoot the film in Los Angeles, where Byrne lived, and make it in five weeks.

McQuarrie settled on Söze after finding it in a Turkish-language dictionary; it comes from the idiom söze boğmak, which means "to talk unnecessarily too much and cause confusion" (literally: to drown in words).
