Meet James Pepper, Slimming World's amazing Man of the Year 2012!

James was motivated to lose weight by his impending 30th birthday. He'd been overweight since he was 15 and promised himself he wouldn't spend the next 15 years continuing to feel unhappy with his size. So he came along to Slimming World!

Now he's celebrating losing nearly half his body weight - a staggering 10st 6lb - and has been named Slimming World's Man of the Year 2012.
