其實去日本大概一個禮拜就感覺到了(幹)
但回來之後約莫也是一個禮拜後才心血來潮站上體重計然後就
基本上我體重都上下兩公斤在跳從國二到現在沒變過
除了前年在麵包店打工曾經太狂妄暴增4kg之外QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ
現在居然又回到傳說中的麵包店體重我QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ
QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ
QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ

而且是照鏡子或穿衣服都能感受到的自己的圓潤TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT(幹)
人生中唯一一次的認真減肥是在去年>Q<
買完SHINee門票之後就開始了快走人生 每天都去健身房走跑步機或滑步機滿滿一個小時~一個半小時
速度約莫是8~9左右 然後正常飲食不過會吃到基代左右還要注意吃的種類
那時候的我可是每天吃一整顆鳳梨吃了三個月啊T口T
但沒多久就遇到崩潰期末 哪有時間去運動啊ㄏㄏㄏㄏㄏㄏㄏㄏㄏㄏ
不過體重也默默回到標準值就是了\^o^/
大二的時候也買過x-bike不過大概騎了兩個月就默默變成衣架
然後搬家的時候因為爸爸不想載所以就被寄回埔里給阿嬤騎了(幹)
二三月的時候因為被說:其實你也不是胖 就看得出來都沒在動所以鬆垮垮的 (靠)
回家立馬跟團買了多燕QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ 一直到前天才拿出來跳T_T
傻傻的不知道就跳了第一片 雖然跳完也是大飆汗 但其實沒有我以為的累
所以昨天就先跳第三片再跳第一片發覺這樣跳兩片比較剛好
開玩笑 畢竟我也是練過短跑練過舞蹈還快走過三個月的女紙~~~~~~~~~~
不過因為今天要上班還以為跳不到了殊不知一打開門發現老妹還在外頭吃宵夜
所以放下安全帽立馬就跳了一片!!!!!!!!!!我超上進!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
但下班前喝了半杯whisky所以跳到一半感覺酒精在胃裡亂滑有點想吐-_-
又!回家前忍不住去小七買了麻辣關東煮本來打算冰起來了剛剛看著看著我就
就讓我胖成豬算了QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ
【今日飲食】
石安牧場溏心蛋三明治+統一楊桃汁(我本來想拿LCA的QQQQQQQQQQQQQ)
半筋半肉番茄牛肉麵
31冰淇淋:薄荷巧克力+冰淇淋蘇打
一顆餛飩(幹)(偷吃老闆的)
一杯紅茶
半杯whisky
麻辣關東煮:春雨+蛋+明太子起士丸(晚上剩這些料怪我囉T_T?)
打完自己都覺得瘦得下來才有鬼別開玩笑了(幹幹幹)
在這邊順便@一下林小夠 你的R: [夠GO] 這次是認真的了 已經一個多月沒出現過囉^o^(靠)
