Rear Admiral Michelle Howard has the distinction of becoming the first African-American woman to command a ship in the U.S. Navy. Rear Admiral Howard spoke with NSU students, faculty and staff on Monday, April 26, 2010 about Women and Minorities in Todays US Navy. This video highlights snippets of her dynamic presentation.
