【概述】
大齊王朝，年輕皇帝蕭煥(任嘉倫 飾)為從權臣淩雪峰與柳太后手中奪回政權，
化名白遲帆南下接近淩雪峰之女淩蒼蒼(彭小苒 飾)。
淩蒼蒼身為江湖組織鳳來閣閣主，俠義果敢。
二人在聯手追查靈璧教罪案時情愫暗生，卻因淩蒼蒼師父之死產生致命誤會。
兩人終成帝后，卻因前塵隔閡，愛恨交織。
然淩蒼蒼並未放棄追尋真相，在這過程中，她和蕭煥幾經決裂，卻又屢次共度生死，
直到步步揭開迷局背後隱藏的殘酷真相，淩蒼蒼終於得知蕭煥的隱忍相護。
兩人共同守護了天下太平，以不離不棄的相守詮釋了“愛與江山皆不負”的誓言。
