我離米其林一星餐廳，最近的體驗，只有去年去日本東京自助旅行時，居住旅館附近一間曾
經拿過一星，但現今沒有持續守住它的，不需要排隊的拉麵店。
在網路上評論第三季的評價，以及芝加哥論壇報的評論。
我在今年六月迎來第四季，並且一口氣看完，卻依舊沒有獲得最愉快的心情。
"Sophie" 跟 "Bears" 是這季裡最溫馨的兩集！
相較於第二季的 "Fishes" 或許沒那麼戲劇性。
但看著新生命到達餐廳， Bears 都進到桌子底下，甚至大合照，實在讓我感到很愉快。
Stevie 依舊是我記憶中那個，很棒的姻親！

這大概是我近期看過，演員數目最少的一集。
但它依舊精采，卻也更讓我希望第五季能有一個完美的大結局？

推 : 就現實層面來看，The Bear餐廳本身頂多只能維持一個打平的水準，必須要靠副業，也就是這季點出的午餐外帶限定的牛肉三明治店採限制條件加盟或是展分店的方式維持Carmy可以讓他暫時休息，甚至是擔任不親自下廚的顧問也可。當Carmy終於能與自己和解時，餐廳這個原先讓他能用來分憂或是發洩心中不滿的途徑已經沒用了1F 06/27 14:56
