感謝美國緝毒局（DEA）台北緝毒聯絡處（Taipei Narcotics Liaison Office）的密切合作
，台灣在打擊合成毒品製造方面邁出了重要的一步：自2025年3月31日起，所有台灣製造的藥
品打錠機、零件與模具，都必須加印序號才能出口。這項措施使台灣創下亞洲先例，目的是
為防止有心人士非法運用藥品打錠機，製造往往摻有芬太尼的假藥。
為什麼這很重要？
加印序號的規範就像槍械追蹤機制，有助於執法單位追查可能流入跨國毒品販運組織非法毒
品實驗室的打錠機。

藉由破壞非法合成毒品的全球供應鏈，台美雙方的合作正共同為世界打造更安全的未來。
Taiwan Becomes First in Asia to Regulate Pill Press Exports with Serial Numbers
Thanks to strong collaboration with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s
Taipei Narcotics Liaison Office (TNLO), Taiwan is taking a landmark step in the
fight against synthetic drug production by requiring Taiwanese -made pill presse
s, parts, and dies to be serialized before they can be exported, starting March
31, 2025. This move makes Taiwan the first jurisdiction in Asia to enforce such
a policy, aimed at preventing the illegal diversion of pill presses used in the
manufacture of counterfeit tablets—often laced with fentanyl.
Why This Matter By requiring serialization—similar to firearm tracing—this new
regulation will help authorities track and trace pill presses that may be diver
ted to clandestine drug labs run by transnational drug trafficking organizations
.
Partnership in Prevention By disrupting the global supply chain of illicit synth
etic drugs, this Taiwan and U.S. partnership is making the world safer.
