上一屆是2017在紐西蘭奧克蘭舉辦的（中間因為疫情2021在日本那屆取消）

The 2017 World Masters Games in Auckland have been touted a success with organis
ers announcing an $800,000 profit and with visitors pumping $63 million into the
country's economy.
Nearly 30 thousand amateur athletes from all over the world were in Auckland for
the games earlier this year.
Chief executive Jennah Wooton said the games exceeded all targets and the event
has been declared the best since 1985.
Back in 2013 when planning started, organisers never expected such a result woul
d be possible, she said.
Research released today showed the games saw 241,480 guest nights and $34.2m pum
ped into Auckland's economy. Nationwide, visitors spent $63m with a total of 302
,509 guest nights.

rom commercial partnerships and registration fees, and the rest from central ($1
1 million) and local government ($11.75 million).

來自中央（1,100 萬）和地方政府（1,175 萬）。

‧Auckland visitor nights of 241,480, compared to 224,000 target
‧NZ GDP of $63 million, compared to $52.3 million target
‧NZ visitor nights of 302,509, compared to 266,190 target
‧Participant satisfaction of 89 percent, compared to 85 percent target
‧Auckland resident satisfaction of 91 percent, compared to 85 percent target
‧奧克蘭GDP為3420萬紐幣，而目標是3080萬紐幣
‧奧克蘭遊客過夜數為 241,480 人次，而目標是 224,000 人次
‧紐西蘭國內生產毛額 (GDP) 為 6,300 萬紐幣，而目標為 5,230 萬紐幣

‧參與者滿意度為 89%，而目標為 85%

不僅當地市民和選手滿意度超高，而且還為紐西蘭帶來豐厚的觀光財跟GDP
難怪被譽為幾十年難得的最佳一屆
