Mike Elias’ offseason wish list for Orioles:

-Frontline starting pitcher
-Back-end reliever, preferably one with closing experience
-Veteran hitter, possibly one to fit into the outfield picture

As for SP, “Plan A” is to get one from top tier to slot in with Bradish and Ro
gers.

Are Orioles willing to sign a free agent with qualifying offer attached and lose
 Draft pick?

Mike Elias: "I think we are, yeah. ... We will absolutely be in the free-agent m
arket for qualified free agents this winter.  So we'll fully prepared to sacrifi
ce the Draft pick."
