嚴格來說這篇報導沒有太多新資料
大家在板上這三年來都陸續分享和討論過不少這些消息

詳細內容我會建議參考RUSI智庫關於2023反攻的檢討報告
我在板上有貼過，該報告可以算是英軍和烏軍的共同檢討


事實上，我看到的相關評論，顯示不少分析師不是很認可這篇報導

判斷為拜登政府洗地角度......

主要問題是
1.儘管記者聲稱耗費一年整理，卻缺乏較新穎的消息，
  尤其是烏方媒體的報導很不少，都沒飲用
2.主要是美國政府的觀點，所以都是批評烏方決策，
  並無檢討蘇利文等歐美官員的政策失敗

此外，烏軍今天也已經否認報導中一些內容，聲稱擊沉莫斯科號並無美軍涉入

不過CIA並沒有支持烏軍進行暗殺行動，包含你貼的文章也指出這點
