There are zero APN or carrier configuration changes and the modem firmware hasn't been updated. It's unlikely that it had anything to do with a launch. https://android.googlesource.com/pla...7509112beb7f4611a954fca1d6a979 … is also added to frameworks/base to fix a bug which was supposed to be fixed in the January update. They missed due to still having a raviole device branch.
