I’m going back to the “celebrities, they’re just like us” sentiment, because

, I think a lot of what I say is misunderstood regardless, and I’m not the type
 of person to explain, or go on rants, or go on social media and kind of go back
 and forth explaining; that’s wasting time. So I just let the people talk, I le
t them say what they’ve got to say, do what they’re going to do, and it is wha
t it is. And later, if they get it, they get it, if they don’t, they don’t. Bu
t it doesn’t matter in the end: You’ve got to enjoy your life, work hard, and
smile. You’ve got to take everything that comes with it, because that’s a part
 of this life.”

我會盡量保留自己的隱私，因為現在的世界實在太瘋狂了，尤其是有了社交媒體之後更是如
此。 我試著給自己留一些隱私，我會透過社交媒體讓大家知道、了解我，但我又不會被影
響，會依舊做自己，不會被周遭發生的一切所影響。 所以我在網路上說的、做的都是有目
的性的。我不會隨便說什麼，也不會隨便去做一些事。在大多數情況下，我要求自己所做的
每件事都要精確和有計劃。但是我的話還是會被誤解，我不是那種喜歡找藉口的人，也不是
那種話多的人，我不會花時間在網路上與人爭鋒相對，這都是浪費時間。


所以我的選擇是讓他們說話，讓他們說出想說的，讓他們做想做的。事情就是如此。最後，
如果這些人明白了，那他們就明白了，如果不行，那就這樣吧。這些都不重要，你必須享受
屬於自己的生活，努力工作，保持微笑。你必須接受這一切，因為那都是生活中的一部分。

I’ve got to be cautious of what I eat, because as you get older, your metabolis
m slows down. It sucks honestly, because I love to eat and I don’t want to be h
aving to watch how many calories I intake. I don’t shred fat as fast as I used
to, so I have to work extra hard, especially in the summertime. In the summertim
e, I just want to be free; I want to eat, sip wine, and do whatever I want to do
. And it’s still [early summer], so I don’t want to be going crazy working out
 now, but I am going into year 14, so I’ve got to be cautious as far as hitting
 my peak when I’m supposed to be in my stride — going into the season.
