New Orleans Pelicans star forward Zion Williamson has been named the defendant
 in a lawsuit filed against him in Los Angeles on Thursday. This lawsuit, whic
h was submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Williamson raped,
kidnapped, and terrorized the plaintiff, who is one of his exes, on multiple o
ccasions throughout their yearslong relationship, according to TMZ.


紐奧良鵜鶘隊的明星前鋒Zion Williamson，於週四在洛杉磯被提起訴訟，並被列為被告
。根據《TMZ》報導，該訴訟已提交至洛杉磯高等法院，原告為Williamson的前女友之一
。訴狀中指控Williamson在兩人多年的交往期間，多次對她進行強姦、綁架及恐嚇行為。


The court documents obtained by TMZ filed by a Jane Doe state that she began d
ating Williamson in 2018 while he was still playing at Duke. In the lawsuit, s
he claims Williamson raped and assaulted her in Southern California on Septemb
er 23, 2020, at the NBA star's Beverly Hills home.

根據《TMZ》取得的法院文件，一名化名為Jane Doe的女子提起訴訟，表示她在2018年與
仍就讀於杜克大學的Williamson開始交往。該訴訟中，她聲稱Williamson於2020年9月23
日，在其位於比佛利山莊的住處，對她進行了強姦與施暴行為。


Per the lawsuit, the accuser states Williamson's agent brought her to his home
 in Beverley Hills, however, he did not arrive home until the evening. When he
 returned home, she informed the defendant she was tired and wanted to go to s
leep.

She then accused Williamson of calling her “stuck up” and a “b***h” and to
ld her she could not go to sleep until engaging in sexual acts with him. The l
awsuit goes on to claim Williamson pinned the accuser down on the bed with her
 hands behind her back and raped her.

根據訴狀，原告表示是Williamson的經紀人帶她前往他位於比佛利山莊的住處，但Willia
mson直到當晚才回家。當他回家後，原告告訴他自己很累，想要睡覺。

她隨後指控Williamson罵她是「自以為是」和「婊子」，並告訴她，在與他發生性行為之
前不准睡覺。訴狀接著指控Williamson將原告壓在床上，將她的雙手反扣在背後，並對她
進行了強姦。


On October 10, 2020, Doe accuses Williamson raped her again after finding out
she was leaving to visit friends in San Diego. The documents obtained by TMZ a
ccuse Williamson of then grabbing her phone and laptop following the alleged s
exual assault, preventing her from getting medical care.

“These two incidents were not isolated,” the lawsuit states. It also claims
Williamson “continued to abuse, rape, assault, and batter Plaintiff in Califo
rnia and other states, including Louisiana and Texas, until the relationship e
nded in 2023.”

Further in the lawsuit, the plaintiff claims Williamson threatened to have his
 security guard shoot her in the head “multiple times.” It even goes as far
as to claim Williamson pointed a loaded firearm at the woman's head during a 2
022 incident in Louisiana.

根據訴狀內容，Doe指控Williamson於2020年10月10日再次強姦她，起因是他發現她準備
前往聖地牙哥探訪朋友。根據《TMZ》取得的文件，Williamson在事發後搶走了她的手機
與筆電，阻止她尋求醫療協助。


訴狀中寫道：「這兩起事件並非個別孤立的行為。」文件還聲稱，Williamson「持續在加
州及其他州份，包括路易斯安那州與德州，對原告施以虐待、強姦、攻擊與毆打，直到兩
人的關係在2023年結束為止。」


訴狀更進一步指出，原告聲稱Williamson曾多次威脅要讓他的保鑣朝她的頭部開槍，甚至
在2022年某次發生於路易斯安那州的事件中，Williamson還曾將一把上膛的槍指著她的頭
。


“We don't want to litigate this case in the media,” Doe's attorney, Sam E. T
aylor of The Lanier Law Firm, told TMZ. “But I will say this is a very seriou
s case as reflected in the pleadings that have been filed and our client looks
 forward to her day in court to seek justice in this matter.”

Williamson, nor his representation, have commented on the matter at this time.
 The Pelicans and NBA have yet to say anything about the lawsuit either.

The 24-year-old NBA All-Star recently finished his fifth season in the league
and has been a hot topic of trade discussion for the Pelicans. He is under con
tract with the Pelicans through the 2027-28 season and is set to make $39.4 mi
llion next season.

原告Doe的律師——來自拉尼爾律師事務所的Sam E. Taylor對《TMZ》表示：「我們不希
望在媒體上進行這場訴訟，但我必須說，這是一宗非常嚴重的案件，從已提交的訴狀中即
可看出，我們的當事人期待能在法庭上爭取正義。」


目前為止，Williamson本人及其代表團隊尚未對此事發表任何回應。鵜鶘隊與NBA官方也
尚未針對這起訴訟發表意見。

這位24歲的NBA全明星球員剛結束在聯盟的第五個賽季，近期也是鵜鶘隊有關交易話題的
焦點人物。他與鵜鶘隊的合約將持續至2027-28賽季，預計下賽季薪資為3940萬美元。
