(1) @Yankees: Prior to tonight’s game, the Yankees made the following roster
moves:
‧ Signed RHP Geoff Hartlieb (#64) to a Major League contract and selected
him to the active roster.
‧ Designated INF CJ Alexander for assignment.
‧ Placed RHP Fernando Cruz on the 15-day injured list (retroactive to 6/28)
with a left oblique strain.

(3) @BryanHoch: Austin Wells had a more invasive test during yesterday's game
involving an artery near his groin, meant to rule out a blood clot or aneurysm.
Aaron Boone said the tests didn't reveal any concerns.

(4) @BryanHoch: Austin Wells has been undergoing testing for a circulatory
issue in his left hand, Aaron Boone said. All results have been encouraging,
according to Boone, but Wells is not expected back in the lineup until
Wednesday.

(5) @BryanHoch: Luis Gil is scheduled to throw live BP tomorrow with Double-A
Somerset. His Minor League rehab assignment could begin Sunday.

(6) @BryanHoch: Fernando Cruz sustained his oblique injury warming up with a
medicine ball in the weight room yesterday, Aaron Boone said. Cruz has an MRI
scheduled today to determine the severity.

(7) @BryanHoch: JC Escarra will catch tonight and tomorrow, Aaron Boone said.

(8) @ktsharp: Players to hit 30+ HR before the All-Star Break 4 times in a
