前面有人先貼了，所以我就補充個數據整理
順便烤個三分熟的肉
GN的嘴砲一直都很好笑，火力又猛，這次也不例外

0代表在誤差範圍內，根本沒差
控制4K遊戲材質載入錯誤應該就是爆VRAM了

全靠個人英聽+自己翻譯
翻完才想到幹嘛不丟給chatGPT
但已經做了就算了XD

2016 called and it wants its resolution back, which is apparently 1080p.
Nvidia, a company that previously paid influencers to make videos about 8K
gaming on 3090 cards, is now marketing its new 400 dollar RTX 4060 [Ti] for
1080p. Great! The RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB is one of the worst GPU launches from
Nvidia that we've ever covered, and we don't want to waste anyone's time
here. So, here's how it scales: It's anywhere from negatively scaled against
the 3060 Ti, or effectively equal once you sort of normalize for error, which
is a really bad place to be, up to maybe 19 or 20% at the very best. And that
is scaling the range of 1080p to 4K. There's a reason Nvidia wants to focus
on 1080p here. We tested all the games that we usually test at 1080, 1440,
and 4K, and as the resolution increases, the performance falls of a cliff and
plummets into oblivion.

現在卻用1080p作為4060Ti的行銷標語
4060Ti 8G是我們評測過NV發表的最爛顯卡之一
幫大家省點時間：對比3060Ti，從1080p到4K，它基本打平，最多贏19~20%
老黃要大家專注於1080p不是沒有原因的
隨著遊戲解析度往4K升高，4060Ti的效能直接崩落到虛無幻境

Resolution was once the thing that drove sales of the high end. In order to
push high-end, say, 1080 Ti or 20 series sales, the move was towards not just
RT at the time, which wasn't established yet, but rather 4K gaming when
rasterized and that's especially true for something like the 1080 Ti. But as
RT has pushed into the market, and more appropriately, as game developers have
become lacks in optimization for some of the titles that are coming out
today, the resolution argument has fallen off; and instead the focus shifts to
anything else that looks more favorable. That is no longer Nvidia's focus,
and that's fine, but it still has to scale. It's okay for the technological
focus to shift to some other graphics technology that's more relevant or more
interesting or whatever. But it needs to be defended sensibly. And the 3060
Ti equating the 4060 Ti in some of the scenarios, or the two having barely
enough of a gap to justify anything more than overclocking your 3060 Ti,
that's the problem. And AV1 and DLSS3 are basically the only things that prop
up the 40 series 60 SKU as being even the new generation.

但隨著光追問世，加上更多的是遊戲開發者的破優化
技術力的賣點從解析度轉向其他方面
老黃的焦點不再是解析度，這本身沒問題
但NV還是要有所進步
如果你科技的焦點轉向其他更有用或更有趣的畫質技術(指光追、DLSS)
這當然OK，但仍需要能說服別人你這樣做是合理的
4060Ti只打平、或提升到只比超頻後的3060Ti再強一點的程度，是個大問題
AV1編碼跟DLSS3是唯二讓4060系看起來像新世代產品的東西

You actually couldn't get this much generation to generation consistency if
you tried. Nvidia's performance here is phenomenal, very impressive. They
were able to flat line a card from 60 to 60, and show an improvement that
basically amounts to noise. You could overclock a card and get 8%. Even
another 8GB of vram can't save this GPU. Its impotence is insurmountable
from simply vram; it needs more than that.

你只要做任何一點努力
結果都不會是毫無增長的跨代效能

just drop the resolution to 360p, maybe 144p, it might be in territory where
we see reasonable generational gains. But right now this truly is reliving
Haswell into Skylake. And if you were there, your know how boring that was,
until Intel had a competitor again. It's the newest high-end 144p gaming
card. Get your Quake and Unreal tournaments ready, here we go.

隨著解析度降低，效能會上升這點
或許就是NV想玩的把戲：
這趨勢告訴我們如果把解析度調到360或144p
4060Ti就可能有顯著跨代進步
（這活像是Haswell到Skylake的年代
如果你體驗過那年代你就知道每年都超無聊
直到i皇重新遇到競爭者）
4060Ti是最新的高階144p顯卡，快準備好你的Quake跟浴血戰場

Intel Arc has been below this price class alone for months now and even its
A750, a card now sub-300 dollars, is within 30% of the 4060 Ti. Nvidia is
contributing to one of the best marketing campaigns that Intel could hope
for. After the melting X3D CPUs and this disastrous launch, all Intel has to
do is stay quiet, and its products will sell themselves.

i皇Arc是低於4060Ti價位帶的少數選擇
A750這張比300鎂還便宜的卡都能打到4060Ti 30%以內的差距
NV根本是在幫Intel做最好的宣傳
經歷燒熔X3D跟4060Ti爛到笑的發佈之後
i皇只要不出聲，他的產品就能自己賣的動

DLSS3, while available on the 4060 Ti, is not sufficient to justify its
existence in this capacity. It is a waste of sand.

DLSS3不足以替4060Ti的存在辯護
這張卡就是在浪費沙子
(影片另一處也提到不是每個遊戲都支援DLSS3，更不是每個人都想開啟這功能)

心得：
1080p小贏3060Ti
解析度往上就不行了
硬體規格就半殘
還嘴欠摩爾已死 訂這白癡死人價格
官方數據靠DLSS3撐場面
而且對照30系只有DLSS2根本無法公正比較
老黃真的是過太爽
i A你們兩個加油好嗎
