OpenAI has expanded its lower-cost subscription plan, ChatGPT Go, to 16 more
countries across Asia, company head Nick Turley announced Thursday.
OpenAI 週四宣布，其公司主管 Nick Turley 表示，OpenAI 已將低價訂閱方案「ChatGPT
 Go」擴展至亞洲另外 16 個國家。

“Making ChatGPT more affordable has been a key ask from users,” said Turley
in a post on social media platform X in August.

The artificial intelligence company launched ChatGPT Go in India and Indonesia
 earlier this year.
這家人工智慧公司今年稍早已在印度與印尼率先推出 ChatGPT Go。

The rollout brings OpenAI’s cheapest plan to users across a total of 18 Asian
 countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia,
India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan,
Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste (East Timor) and Vietnam.
此次擴展使得 OpenAI 最便宜的方案將覆蓋亞洲共 18 個國家，包括：阿富汗、孟加拉、
不丹、汶萊、柬埔寨、印度、印尼、寮國、馬來西亞、馬爾地夫、緬甸、尼泊爾、巴基斯

The expansion aims to increase the accessibility of the company’s latest
model GPT-5, OpenAI said on its website.
OpenAI 在其官網上表示，這次擴展的目標是讓更多人能使用公司最新的 GPT-5 模型。

ChatGPT Go includes all features in the free version, as well as extended
access to image generation, file uploads, advanced data analysis and other
functions. It also includes higher usage limits than the free plan for core
chat and tools, according to OpenAI.
根據 OpenAI 表示，ChatGPT Go 方案包含免費版的所有功能，並額外提供影像生成、文
件上傳、高階數據分析等擴充功能，同時在核心對話與工具使用次數上，也比免費版擁有
更高的限額。


ChatGPT Go launched in India and Indonesia at a monthly fee of 399 rupees (
about $4.50) and 75,000 rupiah (about $4.53), respectively — which are a
fraction of the price of the company’s other subscription plans. The cost of
the plan in other Asian markets may differ.
ChatGPT Go 在印度與印尼的月費分別為 399 盧比（約 4.50 美元）與 75,000 印尼盾（
約 4.53 美元），僅為公司其他訂閱方案價格的一小部分。其他亞洲國家的價格可能略有
差異。


OpenAI currently has two other paid personal plans: ChatGPT Plus, which is
offered at $20 a month and ChatGPT Pro, which is offered at $200 a month. The
company also offers a business plan for $25 a month.
目前 OpenAI 還提供另外兩種付費個人方案：ChatGPT Plus（每月 20 美元）與 ChatGPT
 Pro（每月 200 美元），此外也有針對企業的商業方案（每月 25 美元）。

The use of ChatGPT has grown rapidly across the globe since its launch in late
 2022. According to data from OpenAI, adoption growth rates of the AI chatbot
in the lowest income countries were over four times those in the highest
income countries by May 2025.
自 2022 年底推出以來，ChatGPT 的使用量在全球迅速增長。根據 OpenAI 的數據，截至

OpenAI noted that the budget-friendly plan is gradually being made available
to all users. For those in Cambodia, Laos and Nepal, ChatGPT Go is already
available on web and Android subscriptions, but not yet in the iOS app.
OpenAI 表示，這項平價方案正逐步向所有用戶開放。對於柬埔寨、寮國和尼泊爾的使用
者，ChatGPT Go 已可透過網頁與 Android 平台訂閱，但尚未在 iOS 應用程式中提供。

營收增量顯著：若滲透率達 1–2%，ChatGPT Go 每年能為 OpenAI 增加 8–15 億美元營
收。

競爭壓力：Google Gemini、Anthropic Claude、百度文心與本地 AI 平台將會以本地語
言與付款便利性競爭。
