AT 26.0N 129.8E SEA SOUTH OF OKINAWA MOVING EAST SLOWLY.
POSITION POOR.
MAX WINDS 30 KNOTS NEAR CENTER.

As of 2:00 PM today, 31 July 2025. the Low Pressure Area (LPA 07j) outside the
 Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) now has a "HIGH" chance of developing
 into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
