IBM to Buy Cloud-Computing Firm SoftLayer

The deal for the Dallas-based company is valued at approximately $2 billion,
said a person familiar with the matter.
IBM 以 20 億美金買下 Softlayer.
SoftLayer, founded in 2005,
serves about 21,000 customers from 13 data centers
it operates in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
The company says it is the largest privately owned Web-hosting company.
Softlayer 是全世界最大的主機代管公司,在歐、美、亞洲有 13 個機房,2 萬個客戶.
