Turkey will follow France's example in suspending temporarily the European
Convention on Human Rights following its declaration of a state of emergency,
Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said on Thursday, according to
broadcaster NTV.
    土耳其副總理表示，參考法國作法，發布緊急命令之後，再來也要暫停施行歐洲人權
  公約。

    (歐盟人士則說，這可要符合公約規定的條件才行。
