我把洪仲丘這件事翻譯成英文後投稿到CNN i-report，礙於個人英文程度有限，沒辦法寫的更詳細，希望能讓更多人看到這件事。

A young sergeant was doubted to be maltreated to death in barrack in Taiwan just several days before he discharges from army.
年輕士官在退伍前幾天疑似在軍營裡受虐身亡
Sergeant Hong Jhong-Chiu, who is serving in 6th army for compulsory military service who was sent to a confinement cell on June 28 due to bring an intelligent mobile phone to barrack which violates the information security protocol.
下士洪仲丘在陸軍六軍團服役，6月28日返營時因携帶智慧型手機，違反通資安全規定而被關入禁閉室。 On July 2nd, Hong was sent to emergency room for medical treatment but he still didn't make it. After examined the body, the cause of death is renal failure caused by rhabdomyolysis, including multiple internal bleeding.
洪仲丘在7月2日被緊急送入醫院急救，但仍回天乏術。 初步判定死因是橫紋肌溶解症引發的腎衰竭，以及體內多重出血。
The broken-heart parents cannot believe their kid will never return home, they are requesting army to investigate who murdered the kid.
傷心的家屬不敢相信孩子再也回不了家，要求軍方查出真相，是誰害死了這個孩子。
After reviewed the surveillance tape filmed by the camera installed in confinement cell, Hong's families was hurt again as they saw Hong was maltreated in very narrow room and temperature exceeds 33 degrees Celsius.
看過禁閉室的監視錄影帶後，家屬的心再次受到傷害，因為他們看到仲丘在33度的高溫底下，在極為狹窄的房間被虐待。So far, all the evidences including witness accounts indicated that two sergeant major officers and senior officers in 542 regiment should directly responsible for this case.
至目前為止，包括證人在內的證據都指明，連上的兩位士官長以及542旅的資深軍官應該要為這起事件負責。
Hong’s buddy said he is very popular in the army because he always tries to prevent soldiers serving compulsory military service being bullied by senior officers and sergeants who serving volunteer military service and this behavior probably annoying those senior officers, who decided to give him the works.
仲丘的同袍說，他在軍人的人緣很好，總是儘可能不要讓志願役欺壓義務役，而這個舉動可能惹惱了某些資深長官，決定給他一點教訓。On June 28, Hong brought an intelligent mobile phone and returned to army barrack, the security officer at the main gate found it and the sergeant major officers decided to put him in the confinement cell.
6月28日，仲丘返營時因携帶智慧型手機，遭大門安全士官查獲，連上的士官長決定把他關進禁閉室。Normally, the procedure to send a soldier to confinement cell requires several days to weeks and the first step is psychological and physical examine and evaluation; however, the eyewitness claimed that two sergeants major brought cold-drinks to undertakers in the military hospital perhaps trying to speed up the process and Hong was sent to confinement cell next day.
一般來說，把士兵關進禁閉室的流程需要好幾天，甚至要好幾個星期，而第一關就是身心評量，但是，目擊證人指出，連上兩位士官長携帶冷飲至軍醫院找承辦人員，疑似想加快流程，而仲丘隔天就被關入禁閉室。
The evaluation report has never signed by a medical officer but only medical sergeant and this process is totally illegal.
評估報告並沒有經過醫官簽名，僅有醫務士簽名，這個程序是不合法的。
Before Hong was sent to confinement cell, he sent a message to regiment officer that he has claustrophobia and he afraid that he may not be able to get through this; however, the officer still decided to put him in that cell.
在仲丘被關入禁閉室前，他曾經向旅部長官發簡訊，表明自己有幽閉恐懼症，沒辦法承受，但長官還是決定送他入禁閉室。At the beginning, the military tries to cover up this case but after more and more people on internet revealed the standard procedures and unreasonable things in this case and forced army take action.
起初，軍方想息事寧人，但隨著網路上越來越多人爆料，指出正常應有流程以及此案不合理之處，迫使軍方採取應有的行動。The pentagon has officially apologized to the public and promised that they will investigate the truth; however, all the punishments so far are administrative only, no any criminal prosecution against these senior officers and sergeants.
國防部己正式向國人道歉，並承諾會查明真相，但目前的懲處都僅限於行政懲處，並沒有針對這些資深軍士官採取刑事起訴。Based on Armed Forces Criminal Act in Taiwan, the senior officer who maltreats to his men will be sentenced three to seven years in prison and at least seven years to life confinement if the maltreatment causes death.
根據台灣陸海空軍刑法，上官凌虐部屬者，得處三年以上、七年以下有期徒刑；因而致死者，處七年以上到最重無期徒刑。Whatever the army trying to compensate Hong’s family for losing their lovely, there’s one thing for sure, their kid will never return home.
不管軍方如何試著補償洪家人因失去摯親而受到的痛苦，有件事是不會變的，這個孩子再也喚不回來了。

我也不知道，但起碼盡一份心力，還請鄉民幫看全文是否有悖於事實處，畢竟有幾分證據說幾分話。

辛苦原PO了 希望CNN報導 .. 這樣英九才會開口.. 不然這三軍統帥好像都放給國防部 然後準備被黑掉..
