LVIV, Ukraine, March 26 (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy,
visibly irritated, on Saturday demanded Western nations provide a fraction of
the military hardware in their stock piles and asked whether they were afraid
of Moscow.
澤倫斯基在周六要求西方國家提供他們庫存的部份兵器，並質問是否他們怕了莫斯科時看起來很火。

Several countries have promised to send anti-armor and anti-aircraft missiles
as well as small arms but Zelenskiy said Kyiv needed tanks, planes and
anti-ship systems.
雖已有好幾個國家承諾給反裝甲及防空飛彈等兵器，但澤倫斯基說烏克蘭要的是坦克、戰機及反艦系統。

"That is what our partners have, that is what is just gathering dust there.
This is all for not only the freedom of Ukraine, but for the freedom of
Europe," he said in a late night video address.
他們擁有這些武器，卻放著長灰塵。這不僅是烏克蘭的自由問題，更關係到全歐洲的自由。

Ukraine needed just 1% of NATO's aircraft and 1% of its tanks and would not
ask for more, he said.
烏克蘭不會奢求，烏克蘭要的僅僅是北約1%的戰機及1%的坦克。


"We've already been waiting 31 days. Who is in charge of the Euro-Atlantic
community? Is it really still Moscow, because of intimidation?" he said.

Zelenskiy has repeatedly insisted that Russia will seek to expand further
into Europe if Ukraine falls. NATO though does not back his request for a
no-fly zone over Ukraine on the grounds this could provoke a wider war.
澤倫斯基重申若烏克蘭倒下，俄國未來將擴張到歐洲。但北約為避免戰事擴大，仍不願搭理他的烏克蘭禁航區要求。

Earlier in the day Zelenskiy talked to Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda and
expressed disappointment that Russian-made fighter aircraft in Eastern Europe
had not yet been transferred to Ukraine, Zelenskiy's office said in a
statement.
梢早澤倫斯基對波蘭表達表示不滿說好要援助的烏克蘭戰機仍未到位。

"The price of procrastination with planes is thousands of lives of
Ukrainians," the office quoted him as saying. Zelenskiy said Poland and the
United States had both stated their readiness to make a decision on the
planes.

transfer MiG-29 fighter jets to a U.S. base in Germany to be used to
replenish Ukraine's air force.
月初美國才拒絕波蘭的提議，要把波蘭的米格29戰機飛至美軍駐德基地，再轉交烏克蘭壯大其空軍。
