     這是電影齊瓦哥醫生的主題曲．所配的影片是男女主角生離死別的一刻．
     命運令兩人從此失去聯絡，未再相逢．
     
     影片末了，男主角於街車上見路旁一女子，貌似女主角，急忙下車追趕．
     不幸心臟病發，逝於街頭．他是見到女主角，激動異常，因而發病嗎？
     僅差一分鐘即能重逢，卻不幸逝去，真是造化弄人．
