之所以叫做深層 因為設施本身位於地下深處
埋在敘利亞Masyaf地區Hama西邊的一座山裡

這設施位於地下230～430英尺(大約相當於70~130公尺）
以色列空軍目前沒有任何武器可以直接穿透這深度

所以以色列採取用飛機炸毀表面結構
隨後派地面部隊強攻進去的措施

但使用特種部隊突襲摧毀這個設施也是一個巨大的挑戰
因為他距離以色列邊境以北超過200公里


以色列國防軍表示這地方是U型結構
在山的一側有一個入口可以讓原料進入出口則在另一邊

還有第三個入口用於物流和到達設施內的辦公室
沿著馬蹄鐵至少有 16 個房間用於組裝飛彈和火箭引擎

CH-53由兩架AH-64攻擊直升機護航
其他空中支援包括21架戰鬥機 14架偵察機和5架無人機等
同時另有30架飛機在以色列待命以便在行動出現問題時做出反應

以色列時報導這六架直升機飛越了遠離黎巴嫩海岸的地中海
然後越過敘利亞本土海岸線進入敘利亞
為了躲避敘利亞雷達和防空系統 直升機飛得超級低


隨後以色列國防軍確定部署在設施周圍的敘利亞防空系統
是整個敘利亞第二密集的防空系統 僅次於大馬士革
儘管至少有一些已經被以色列空軍的空襲摧毀
並且尚未修復或更換

直升機飛越敘利亞海岸線後僅用了18分鐘就到達了設施
而且沒有被任何人發現

在抵達的同時空軍的戰機和無人機以及配備飛彈的以色列海軍艦艇
襲擊了與設施相關的建築以及敘利亞其他地方的目標


這在戰術上是一種欺騙手段
好讓敘利亞不曉得哪個才是真正的目標以掩蓋特種部隊真正的目的


隨後有幾名敘利亞士兵發現並開始與以色列交戰但很快就結束

空軍戰機繼續掩護目標 在襲擊期間總共投擲了49枚彈藥

大約300公斤的炸藥安裝完畢後
士兵在現場入口處放置了一個遠程引爆器
隨後登機離開並引爆炸藥


以色列國防軍評估士兵在行動中殺死了 30 名警衛和敘利亞士兵
而敘利亞媒體報告有14人死亡43 人受傷


整個任務耗時大約2.5 個小時

在行動中部隊接觸到了製造精密飛彈的關鍵機械
包括行星攪拌機 大量武器和情報文件 這些機械被帶回以色列

川普宣布︰美國退出聯合國人權理事會 停止金援中東救助機構

美國總統川普（Donald Trump）上月20日宣示就職後，簽署退出《巴黎氣候協定》、世界衛生組織（WHO）的2道行政命令，引發各界關注。外媒透露，川普預計在美國時間4日發布最新行政命令，宣布美國再度退出聯合國人權理事會（UNHRC），以及停止聯合國對中東救濟機構的資金。

綜合外媒報導，川普此舉旨在恢復其第一任期內的政策，當時美國曾因聯合國人權理事會對以色列的偏見，以及東巴勒斯坦難民救濟工作署（UNRWA）的運作問題，決定從這些機構退出。美國政府指控，聯合國人權理事會未能有效執行其宗旨，且長期對以色列存在著不公平的偏見指責，甚至為侵犯人權的國家政府提供掩護。

報導指出，聯合國人權理事會在2018年時，通過譴責以色列決議的數量，超過了敘利亞、伊朗和北韓（朝鮮）的總和，顯示出該機構存在著明顯的偏見。UNRWA則被以色列批評，為煽動反以色列情緒的機構，並指控旗下員工涉及恐怖活動；以色列駐聯合國代表指出，UNRWA已淪激進組織哈瑪斯控制的恐怖機構，喪失原本被賦予的任務。

持學生簽證在美念書的土耳其籍女博士生奧茲圖克25日晚間遭逮捕，今天有影片曝光她當時竟當街遭便衣聯邦幹員強逮，宛如獨裁國家，川普政府打擊校園挺巴示威的作法引發譁然。

美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報導，30歲的奧茲圖克（Rumeysa Ozturk）目前正於波士頓塔弗茲大學（Tufts University）攻讀博士，可望再10個月拿到學位。但她25日於塔大麻州薩默維爾（Somerville）校區附近所住公寓外被移民局人員當街逮捕。

穆斯林維權團體從街坊取得監視器影像，畫面顯示當時奧茲圖克獨自在人行道行走，6名便衣人員若無其事地靠近，然後一名用連帽衫遮頭的幹員突然靠近並抓住她的手，奧茲圖克害怕地尖叫，另一幹員亮出藏於外套內的徽章並沒收她的手機。

隨後其餘幹員聚攏並用衣物、口罩遮臉，然後將奧茲圖克雙手置於背後上銬把人帶走。

華爾街日報指出，奧茲圖克被捕時正外出訪友並準備開齋。一名法官裁定須提前48小時通知當時人才可將人送至移民收容中心，但因法院裁定太慢，奧茲圖克已被送到路易斯安那州的收容中心留置。

川普政府上任後採取行動，逮捕並驅逐參與校園示威的國際學生，很多被盯上的學生過去一年中都有參與挺巴勒斯坦示威活動。

美國國務卿盧比歐（Marco Rubio）今天表示，有關單位已撤銷奧茲圖克的學生簽證，另有至少300名曾參與校園挺巴示威者簽證也被撤銷。

出訪正停留在蓋亞那（Guyana）的盧比歐告訴記者：「我們給簽證是讓他們來讀書及拿學位的，不是讓他們來搞社運撕裂大學校園。」

奧茲圖克去年與他人共同發表評論登於校內學生報紙，呼籲塔大校方在加薩戰爭議題應支持巴勒斯坦。她的名字後來出現在一個專門揭露反猶學生個資的網站上。

紐約大學公民自由榮譽教授紐伯恩（Burt Neuborne）說：「當因為不喜歡某人的言論就特別針對對方懲罰時，這根本上就違反言論自由。」

民主黨籍麻州檢察長康貝爾（Andrea Campbell）表示，奧茲圖克被逮的畫面令人不安，「聯邦政府選擇埋伏並逮人，只因政治觀點就鎖定一名守法人士讓人心驚。這不是維護公共安全，而是威嚇」。

紐約時報指出，批評人士認為川普政府為加大驅逐力道，開始對遊客、外籍生和其他合法移民用上通常是對付犯嫌的嚴厲手段，像是被一小隊蒙面的幹員包圍，上銬後塞入沒有標記的車輛。

任職於拜登政府期間的美國移民暨海關執法局（ICE）前幕僚長佛萊謝克（Deborah Fleischaker）表示，就奧茲圖克的案例而言，「我認為這違反憲法第一修正案，移民暨海關執法局有制定政策，不能對受憲法第一修正案保障的活動執法逮人」。

移民維權團體「美國心聲」（America's Voice）執行長卡德納斯（Vanessa Cardenas）表示，社群媒體上到處都是蒙面移民局官員抓人的影片，與迫使移民外逃的獨裁政府如出一轍。

The Israeli military aircraft that circled over Hurd’s Bank on Thursday never entered into Maltese territorial airspace, the Maltese government confirmed on Friday evening.

In a statement the Maltese government said Malta's Maritime Security Committee (MMSC) had been meeting since the early morning to monitor the situation concerning the humanitarian aid vessel Conscience that was the target of an alleged drone attack.

While no direct connection has been officially established between the drone attack and the military aircraft, the operators of the ship, Freedom Flotilla Coalition, have blamed Israel for the assault.

In its statement on Friday evening the Maltese government said: “The committee clarifies that at no point in time, during the past 48 hours, any aircraft or vessel, currently mentioned in local and foreign media in relation to the case of the vessel Conscience, entered Maltese Sovereign Airspace or the Territorial sea (12 nautical miles from shore).”

【王立第二戰研所】各位都是大人了，事出必有因，媒體會關注一個地方，是因為這裡是多數人關心的地區，是因為民眾較為關注這裡的人，還是用某種道德標準做出的絕對評價？

加薩走廊的問題，要切很多面向看皆可，但以加薩巴勒斯坦人的狀況來說，最大的問題在於資源不足。

簡單說，生存所需資源被哈瑪斯控制，社會發展不起來。然後你就炸了，覺得這就是替以色列講話。換一個角度說，自從哈瑪斯控制加薩後，該地區的生活資源，是從哪邊來的？

如果你立刻想到的就是以色列挾資源控制巴勒斯坦人，那你該想的就是為何這樣想，誰跟你說的？

從何時開始，加薩的代言人就是哈瑪斯，它的對頭法塔被消音？

從何日開始，你認為哈瑪斯就跟巴勒斯坦畫等號？

從何年開始，新聞將加薩當成巴人的一切？

就我們這種碰戰略的非主流業餘國關觀察者來說（這是主流學者私下的嘲諷），這哪裡是意外，加薩危機本來就是被刻意塑造出的。20年前有各種國際單位要去幫助加薩巴人，但在哈瑪斯掌權後，漸漸形成一種壟斷結構，最後變成一切的窗口都得要透過哈瑪斯。

這不僅僅是資源的掌控，對於包含聯合國組織在內的各種NGO來說，同樣很致命。當一個組織的成立就是以協助巴勒斯坦人為目標，在某天發現，所有的聯繫管道都被官方化，全部交由特定窗口來處理，是多麼惡夢。

在以巴衝突的討論中，最忌諱的就是「套用」，傾向巴勒斯坦者，特別愛將以巴對比兩岸，並跳躍式的認為弱小者應該相同，然後完全忽略現今的哈瑪斯本質上就是獨裁政權，並接受同樣的獨裁聯盟資助，還支持中國血洗台灣。

要解決加薩問題，其實道理都很簡單，只是聽眾不接受。

第一步，哈瑪斯被解除武裝。

第二步，加薩巴勒斯坦人的生存資源開放管理，國際組織僅監管資源是否涉及武器。

第三步，沒有了。因為大部分反對者聽到這邊，會直接說這就是等著被以色列吞併、屠殺。

好問題，為何哈瑪斯被解除武裝，就是支持以色列併吞加薩？

你還記得嗎？自從阿拉法特他們跟以色列和解後，彼此可以自由往來，工作不受到限制的那段期間，是哪些人不停的繼續對以色列開火，製造流血衝突？

說來可笑，從前大家爭執的議題是什麼，吵哈瑪斯破壞和平進程？才不是。

爭執點在：巴勒斯坦人是否過著表面和平的日子？實際上被以色列雇主歧視，在生活上是次等公民，實質的被猶太人經濟殖民。除了最極端的，沒人會認為哈瑪斯每隔幾天就射火箭是對的。

這脈絡看下去就很明白，當以色列開始反擊，原本閉嘴多年的「倡議組織」又跳出來痛罵了。

更厲害的是，從哈瑪斯掌權後，議題開始轉向誰殺誰比較正義，比誰死的較慘，最後定格在現在：「被壓迫者的死亡，遠比壓迫者的死更有道德」。

這何止莫名其妙，根本是神經病，音樂會上的民眾難不成是軍事人員，哈瑪斯士兵去屠殺有合理性，任意姦淫凌虐一般民眾很有道德高度？

為何你看的媒體不跟你講這個，只跟你說加薩被轟炸，老弱婦孺有多悲慘？

這就是故意混淆時間順序，並將每一種悲劇都化成數字去衡量的結果，其目的就是要你相信，這些聽個音樂就被宰掉的老百姓「活該」。如果不活該，那為何要去怪以色列政府？你們知道哈瑪斯的目標就是把猶太人都推下海宰光嗎？

就我們來看這是很詭異的，巴勒斯坦從最早的解放組織，會弄出奧運屠殺事件的狂人（阿拉法特年輕時比哈瑪斯主導者還瘋），一路走到和解談判，以色列總理拉賓還被激進分子刺殺，這條路走來有多艱辛。但最後，總之是進入和平狀態，至少平民百姓的一般生活可以保障。

你說這是奴役，那是一回事，可以討論。至少以巴之間沒有動不動就組織性的殺來殺去不是？

那為何哈瑪斯當權後，又走到以色列「喪心病狂」的道路上？我們就先不論哈瑪斯本身對以色列的否定，光是其實際作為，就沒有一個正常政府可以接受。

接受一個「與支持屠殺我國百姓的政權進行和解，並開心地接納人家持續的軍事行動」？？？

喔不，我忘了台灣還真有這種人。

咳，總之，長年觀察以巴問題的人，都知道哈瑪斯的鬥性，以及其背後支援國家是哪幾個，還有相關組織的利益關係。

說穿了就是另一種永續社運，以巴如果和平，大家要不要猜猜看，歐洲有多少團體就沒辦法申請到經費，修改組織章程與目標有多麻煩。

不如繼續讓加薩死人吧。

時至今日，你還會對歐洲有幻想？說難聽點，中東越亂，對哪個歐洲國家越有利？若我們把油價考慮進去，哪些國家最支持中東大亂？再把各國石油品質、提煉成本都算進去，視野會更清晰。

利之所趨，比你想的更加邪惡，所謂的道德標準往往是很粗淺的。

為何每次談到以巴衝突，總有人說不要談現在，要談過去的脈絡？然後脈絡談到一半，又開始說關注當下的悲劇？

不是詞窮也不是不想談，人家對解決問題沒興趣，只想證明自己在道德上佔據高地。

「我好高尚快來稱讚我」

因為，只要你想徹底解決加薩走廊問題，就會發現不管站在哪一方立場，最後都會是屍橫遍野。

而多數人面對這種抉擇，皆是選擇裝沒聽到，或是堅持有完美的解法，反正解決問題的不是自己。

「我好中立客觀理性科學，快來稱讚我」

不去背負什麼，就別想解決什麼，凡事都要付出代價，即使是紙上論述。

要從歷史去看，以巴問題就是一大筆爛帳，不管你要說是帝國主義遺毒，還是鄂圖曼解體的後遺症，或是宗教衝突都一樣。

當好幾條線被一群貓玩成毛球，你還想要解開，就得要花費極大的心力。不然就是直接剪斷，看要犧牲誰。

完美的方案不存在，你覺得會存在是因為，方案本身隱瞞很多資訊，或下意識將被犧牲的對象當成空氣。

歷史本身就是糾結的毛團，久不梳理自然會亂成一團，此時還想要求取沒有任何犧牲，不須付出代價，沒有人會受到傷害，就可以將之解決的方法。

這想法本身就很殘酷。

13:35 因為有人提到以色列強佔巴勒斯坦土地的觀點，這邊一併回復。

各位，如果聯合國對爭議土地的決議案，如果具有絕對的國際效力，問題會有多大嗎。超級無敵大，這等於宣稱已經存在一個地球聯邦，大家要依照聯邦法行事。簡單說，聯合國決議需要強權執行，不然對於領土糾紛都沒有意義，看看科威特就知道，沒有美國帶領多國聯軍打回去，光是經濟制裁之類，科威特的骨頭都可以拿去打鼓了。

進入正文，所謂的巴勒斯坦被強佔的土地，是歷次以阿戰爭造成的，約旦河西岸是第一次的結果，所以問題來了，那原始的巴勒斯坦人呢？壓根不存在，這是被製造的民族，最初巴勒斯坦土地上的只有「猶太人」與「阿拉伯人」，現在說的巴勒斯坦民族，指的是「住在巴勒斯坦上的阿拉伯人」，若要定義阿拉伯人...另一件事，麻煩。

真要講這段歷史，約旦河西岸屬於阿拉伯人，是聯合國最初的猶太阿拉伯分治協議，且阿拉伯聯盟拒絕接受，所以第一次以阿戰爭爆發。阿拉伯人宣告要把猶太人推下海，戰爭過程略過，結果以色列勝利，獲得「阿拉伯區的八成」。咦，那剩下兩成呢？被埃及跟約旦佔領了，從此就沒還過巴勒斯坦弟兄。直到第三次以阿戰爭，俗稱「六日戰爭」後，這些被埃及約旦佔領的阿拉伯區，被以色列全部打下來。

所以，為何說都是爛帳，當初打著「擊敗以色列後就幫你們復國」的阿拉伯弟兄，這20年做了多少好事，阿拉伯弟兄佔領的巴勒斯坦區，是當作本國領土永久治理方向去的。等六日戰爭被以色列打爆後，才又變回巴勒斯坦弟兄的土地。

現今的巴勒斯坦政府，被認為應該有的土地是約旦河西岸與加薩走廊。但若以歷年以巴雙方協議內容論之，巴勒斯坦政府成立與阿拉法特領導的法塔組織下，在奧斯陸協議後，一直是朝向自治方向前進，所以才引發猶太激進派的反彈，現在以色列政府的強硬派可說都那時候留下的反對派。

即便如此，和平依然是往前進，以色列內部有激進派，巴勒斯坦也有，就是哈瑪斯。如果說猶太激進分子的做法是用屯墾區侵蝕自治權力，那哈瑪斯就是收錢拿武器恐攻以色列，在奧巴馬當選總統前，一般的認知是哈瑪斯要放棄恐攻路線，避免以色列內部的激進派掌權。

因為，以色列是靠戰爭勝利獲得土地，對以色列人來講，用土地換和平是「讓步」。戰勝者的讓步，戰敗者本身就該要謹慎些，哈瑪斯就是利用這種反差，持續刺激到以色列的激進派上台，自己獲得後來的對抗路線主導權。這方面的中東史更複雜，這邊不重述。

單單以領土的角度來看，以色列對巴勒斯坦的獲取是透過戰爭勝利，用血打出的天下。你今天要以色列吐出來，就不能空口白話，只能用血的代價打回去。

重複一次，用血打的江山，就得用血打回去，你無法要求別人放棄子弟兵流血打下的土地，沒有代價的給出去。

要用聯合國協議來指責以色列很簡單，分析當年協議的背後，更多的是美國內部政治，以及傳統歐陸在後來川普上台後，刻意製造對抗美國的心態。

說穿了，全是算計。

其他的就不講，麻煩。一筆爛帳的地方，你想要透過某個單純的說法，來釐清當中的正義與邪惡，我強烈建議去讀神學，以神為名的正義就不會讓你感到遲疑。

聯合國在類似的維和行動，比打醬油的還糟糕。

盧安達大屠殺，聯合國維和部隊還下令「當地部隊不要引發衝突」，因為有實力的部隊撤走，剩下的法國人也做不了什麼，乾脆放爛。那你說西方國家好可惡，為何不介入幫忙？別鬧了啦，媒體那時候根本不關注，全世界主要國家的國民根本不在乎，等到死了幾十萬人上新聞了，才驚呼怎麼當初不管管。

管你個頭，在盧安達大屠殺之前，只要類似的案例出現，媒體都在「痛罵都介入了怎麼還死人，是不是都沒在做事」。如果強力介入，直接派軍隊下場無差別痛打一頓？

媒體痛罵：你們又在帝國主義，干涉他國內政了。

盧安達就是範本，胡圖跟圖西族的仇恨，可能那麼簡單消除？更別提背後的原因是經濟。要解決，一是提出數百億美金的援助方案，非洲版馬歇爾計劃，二是西方強國派軍去打爆政府直接接管殖民。兩套都不可能，維和部隊下場只是表面好看，沒有足夠武力直接打爆，人家才不鳥你。

在波士尼亞屠殺上也是，聯合國也派出了維和部隊，照例要求不要刺激雙方，別造成衝突。被測出底線後，塞爾維亞、克羅埃西亞就把維和部隊擄走當籌碼了，反正西方國家願意付帳不是？

有效的聯合國行動都非常血腥，要不伊拉克死亡公路，再不北約轟炸南斯拉夫。

別再幻想聯合國可以在主權問題上做些什麼了，沒有強權下場執行，就跟國際聯盟的無力一個樣。

[Freedom Flotilla Coalition] It’s been 15 hours since we last saw or heard from our friends and comrades. We have not been allowed any contact. Of course, Israeli media alledge that no volunteers have been harmed. But the psychological impact of being forcibly abducted by a military force that is conducting a genocide in Gaza and other war crimes across the world, as well as being cut off from friends, family, and FFC colleagues, is illegal, beyond distressing and an attack on solidarity.

We see everyone fighting for our team - thank you for stepping up and mobilizing. But we are aware that because of our volunteers’ varying passports of privilege, most of them will likely not be subjected to the horrendous torture we know Palestinians face every day - some of which have been imprisoned unlawfully for decades.

This is why must also keep the pressure up on states to stop Israel’s genocide and siege of Gaza, creating the need for a Flotilla in the first place. This is why we are here, right now in this moment - for Gaza. For Palestine.

Israel has closed its airspace following overnight escalations with Iran. This could mean they’re forced to remain in prison for up to a month, for no crime other than attempting to deliver humanitarian aid.

The Israeli military said it had begun resuming enforcement of the Gaza ceasefire after it says it was “violated” by Hamas, signaling an end to strikes on the territory that it said were carried out in response to earlier attacks on its forces on Sunday, Reuters reported.

“In accordance with the directive of the political echelon, and following a series of significant strikes in response to Hamas’ violations, the IDF has begun the renewed enforcement of the ceasefire,” the military said in a statement.

It adds: “The IDF will continue to uphold the ceasefire agreement and will respond firmly to any violation of it.”
