👉工作內容：
1)Identify strategic opportunities for competitive advantage based on findings.
2)Provide recommendations to cross-functional teams based on findings.
3)Utilize low-fidelity, medium-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes across the different stages of the design process.
4)Analyze, synthesize, and organize research data into meaningful themes. categories, and visually compelling frameworks and behavioral models.
5)Facilitate user scenario planning sessions with both internal team and clients.
6)Lead development of personas/segmentations based on research findings. integrate personas/segmentations with related deliverables such as opportunity maps.
7)Create (and lead the development of) comprehensive site maps.
8)Execute comprehensive process flows / screen flow.
9)Create accurate design plans to address the time and tasks required to complete a track of work.

👉條件要求：
2)Must be able to demonstrate case study or portfolio.
3)3+ years of industry experience, agency experience a plus.
4)Knowledge of mobile design, and Android platform.
5)Must be well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques.
6)Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with short deadlines.
