The Gold Coast alleged armed robber dubbed the "buxom bandit" is still wanted by police even after she appeared in court today on an unrelated matter.

Police have raided the home of Tonee Walker, 22, but are yet to arrest her after alleged getaway driver Alexander Joshua Spinks turned himself in to police this morning.

Nine News cameras spotted Walker at Southport Magistrates Court today facing a charge of unauthorised dealing of shop goods.

Walker did not speak to Nine News as she left the court and is still at large.

Spinks also appeared at the same courthouse today charged over his alleged involvement in the armed robbery.

Walker's barrister Chris Rosser told the Gold Coast Bulletin that Walker was seeking legal advice over the weekend before planning to approach police next Monday.

Ahead of the alleged robbery, Walker adjusted her top to give the service station clerk she was about to hold up "something to look at", documents tended to court today revealed.

Spinks allegedly drove Walker to and from the Brisbane Road petrol station on Monday, where CCTV footage showed her holding up the shopkeeper with a flick knife.

Spinks told police that just before the alleged robbery, Walker exposed her breasts and said she would give the clerk "something to look at".

She and her friends reportedly laughed as they fled the scene of the crime after taking $300 in cash. Walker's low-cut top has seen her become international news,

Buxom Bandit Busted !The woman dubbed The Buxom Bandit for displaying her ample cleavage while holding up an Australian petrol station appeared in court today after handing herself in to police.

Tonee Walker, 22, was remanded in custody and the low cut dress she wore during the robbery - which left little to the imagination -- has been replaced by a prisoner's dowdy brown uniform.




But the application was refused after magistrate Brian Kilmartin said Miss Walker had terrorised the service station attendant and was an unacceptable risk of committing more crimes.

'There were a number of serious threats to harm the attendant,' a spokesman for Queensland police told Channel Nine news after the attack.

Police said the store employee fought back by throwing items from the shelves at the woman as she fled outside, where a man was waiting for her in a four wheel drive car.

Her alleged getaway driver, Alexander Joshua Spinks, also appeared in court after turning himself into police. Miss Walker was remanded in custody to appear in court again on August 20.

Outside the court Mr Rossiter said Miss Walker and her family were distressed and highly embarrassed about all the 'buxom bandit' publicity.

'She's aware of all the notoriety she's received -- it wasn't something she set out to achieve,' he said. 'It's been devastating for the family. It just seems out of character'
