Early March will be a breath of fresh air. If you've been hoping for a change of tempo, this month will allow you to find it. With a glittering group of planets in Pisces, a water sign like yours, gathering in your ninth house, the place in your chart that covers expansive intellectual activities, you will get the variety and change that you crave. It appears you will travel in early to mid-March, possibly overseas or within your country but to a far city, or you may host people from a distance in your city. You may sign up now to study at a university a subject that fascinates you and embark on an advanced degree. You may be taking qualifying exams this month or successfully defend your thesis.

If you do travel, with so many planets in Pisces, choose to go to a place near water, always an enchanting setting for a Cancer. The beginning of March would be a divine time to travel by plane or ship, but the new moon March 11 will heap even more opportunities on you to get a chance to experience a new setting. A new moon is always very powerful, as you will soon see. The fact that this new moon comes arm-in-arm with Venus portends such fun for you - and possibly a chance to indulge in a bit of luxury. Pluto is in supportive angle, too, and will see to it that you enjoy time with your partner; if you journey for business, you'll see a profitable time.

This new moon will also help you in other ways. If you choose to work, study, do research, or teach abroad, this is the time to swing into action, for you will likely get a warm response. If you hope to apply for a grant, you can now put together all the pieces for your plan in early March. Matters of immigration or citizenship will glow, opening the door for you to receive a passport, green card, or visa. If you have had talks prior to the new moon on any of these topics, those talks will build after March 11. Broadcasting and publishing projects shine this month as well, so you may get the phone call you had hoped to receive from a producer or editor for a fantastic new project.

The house so lit up, your ninth house, also rules the court system, and with such extraordinary support from the planets in Pisces, you will be outstandingly favored for your case. The only caveat is that if you get the verdict in the first two-and-a-half weeks of March, you offer a settlement that both parties find agreeable in that time, too.

If your birthday falls on July 13, plus or minus five days, you will be especially favored and you will feel this influence very strongly. If you have a natal planet in Cancer, Pisces or Scorpio, or Taurus, Virgo, or Capricorn at 21 degrees, you, too, will benefit in a big way from the new moon March 11.

Keep in mind that Mercury will be retrograde until March 17, having started its backward slide on February 23. Mercury rules the negotiation, contractual agreements, and commercial enterprise, but when Mercury is retrograde, we make bad decisions. We become forgetful or fail to notice the wording of certain clauses in paperwork we sign, but those forgotten clauses might come back to bite us when something comes up that no one knows how to handle legally. Additionally, when you hear that Mercury is retrograde, it's like a sign on the highway that says, "Changes on the road ahead." Changes may show up immediately, or later, and there's no telling how long you'd have to wait to see the truth of things. Things will be in flux, and if you base your decision on present priorities, when you have a more complete view of the road ahead, you will likely adjust your priorities.

While the beginning of March will be happy, storm clouds will move in later. Your first sign that things are getting tense will be March 22, when Mars and Uranus will unite in your tenth house of fame. This is a very hot, explosive aspect, and something completely unexpected is likely to make you see red. You may be ready to tell your boss or client off, but unless you know where the chips will fall, you would be best to listen and be strategic about your response. What you hear is not what you ever expected you'd hear, but not quite in a good sense. If anyone dares stand in your way, or tries to limit or contain you in any way, they will be sorry. Your need to break free will be very strong.

However, things are about to get much hotter. Whatever occurs on Friday, March 22, will only be the prelude to a more emotionally intense situation.

The full moon in Libra 7 degrees, due on March 27, will be a quite a monster, because it will receive a direct opposition from Uranus, indicating a woman, possibly your mother, will be in distress or ask for your assistance. At the same time, Uranus will conjunct the Sun and possibly cause your earned income or savings to gyrate. The moon is your ruler, dear Cancer, so all full moons will have a greater than usual influence on you than most. When a full moon (or a new moon) is beneficial, you receive many more rewards than the other signs. Like the old fashioned poem, the moon is like the little girl with a curl in the middle of her forehead, and when she was good, she was very, very good, and when she was bad, she was horrid. As said, the full moon on March 27 will be under siege from Uranus, so you may have some concern over a parent or family situation, or concerning a real estate or residence matter.

Pluto will be in hard "square" angle to the full moon, and Pluto will be particularly angry with Mars in Aries, too. This could bring problems in regard to your professional reputation, a relationship with a VIP, business partner / representative. At this full moon, you will have much going on at home and many demands at work. You may feel a bit overwhelmed with all that will be required of you. Full moons always require full attention - immediately. At this full moon, make no mistake, your mother (most likely) or other person you view as a parent, will need your help, or, alternatively, your physical home will bring development. You will have to juggle many conflicting needs at the very same time. Fortunately, good fortune Jupiter will be in the wings, in the most hidden part of your solar chart, the twelfth house, and Jupiter will give you help from a high level, influential person behind the scenes.

If you were born on or within five days of June 26, you will likely feel the most pressure at this full moon. Also, if you have a natal planet in Aries, Libra, Cancer, or Capricorn, or within five degrees of 7 degrees or Cancer rising at this degree, you will feel this full moon directly, too. If that describes you, try to clear your calendar at month's end, so that you can move in any direction if needed, and try not to travel at this time. Something at home is coming to critical mass, but when it does, you may say afterward that you never saw it coming. No one can prepare for what's up, which is part of the reason just about everyone will have problems with this full moon. You will have to attend to this real estate, home, or family matter immediately.

By March 29, you'll be ready to say and do exactly as you please professionally, but that may not be wise as you have a reputation to uphold. In this rollercoaster month, Cancers who think carefully before acting will stay ahead of the game.
