This will be a glorious month to settle real estate and residential matters, dear Sagittarius. A crown of stars - remarkably, six in all - are currently gathering in your fourth house of home and family, allowing you to make enormous progress in these matters during the first three weeks of March. If you need to move to a new address, or to renovate parts of your present home, this month will find you coming up with lots of creative ideas and finding plenty of options, even if you have been frustrated with what you've been able to uncover in the past. As a gift from a loving universe, you will be given the combined energy of the Sun (focus and help from VIPs), Venus (beauty and fun), Neptune (creativity), Mercury (news and contracts / agreements), Mars (motivation, energy), plus the new moon to combine all these gifts to make them accessible to you, and to help you get started after March 11.

All of the heavenly bodies aligning in your home sector will be in Pisces, considered to be the most creative sign of the zodiac. We have not seen an alignment like this in years - six heavenly bodies in all - and we won't see anything like this anytime soon again. This tells me so much of your life will revolve around finding solutions for home / property goals or to find ways to improve the care or welfare of a parent. (As to this latter concern, give me a moment and I will address family matters.) You can use this month's offerings for large-scale decisions, such as to buy or sell property, renovate your kitchen, or do a massive landscape revitalization of your yard. You can also find many small ways to make this month's energy work for you. You may buy a beautiful new rug, paint several rooms, or buy modern accessories to refresh your living room. You may replace your outworn dishes and some of your linens, or reorganize closets.

All new moons bring two weeks of energy, but the first week is the stronger of the two. As each day passes after the appearance of any new moon, the energy of that moon becomes increasingly weaker, like a puffy souffle gently falling after being taken out of the oven. While it is true that the week of March 11 will be exceptionally strong for solving home and family-related matters, you should not sign paperwork until after March 17, giving you March 18 to 20 as your only usable days. Still, I reiterate, I prefer you wait until the first week of April to make your monumental decisions.

Mercury will still be retrograde until March 17, a holdover from last month, when Mercury first began to retrograde February 23. As you navigate the month, keep that in mind. Mercury rules all buying and selling, perception and decision making, agreements and contracts, transportation and shipping, so when Mercury is out of phase, all these areas tend to go haywire. You will likely face delays, or discover that items shipped to you may be damaged in transit, including furniture. Computers, machines, and appliances tend to show wear and tear during Mercury retrograde, so you will need to keep your favorite repair shop number handy.

These Mercury retrograde phases happen three times a year, and each phase lasts for a little over three weeks. If you are making decisions for your home, you may make the wrong decisions now and regret them later, so from March 1 to 17, focus on looking at options. Be very, very careful when you measure spaces with your tape measure - an error could prove costly. You don't have to sit still, however - it would be a great time to browse and do your research; schedule repairs; and clean, pack up, and give away possessions you don't need.

If you need to make monumental decisions, do so AFTER March 17. In fact, if you can wait until April, that would be better yet, for waiting would make a world of difference to the success of your project. Early April will be a stable time. I suggest waiting for April for two reasons. First, the end of March will bring considerable turbulence due to a troublesome full moon. Second, planets in Aries are the same element as yours, fire, dear Sagittarius, so in early April, you will find yourself in a far more friendly environment than you do surrounded in water-sign Pisces. I will explain precisely why the full moon March 27 will be difficult later, but for now, there's more I need to tell you about the new moon, March 11.

Not all home-related goals can be met in the space of three weeks, so if you have a big goal that will take some time to complete, make sure you begin to plant the very first seed of your plan just after the new moon in your home sector arrives, March 11. As said, you don't have to finish it yet, but you would have to start for best luck. Due to Mercury being retrograde now, I would say you should begin to do your research on the new moon to find the options that will come up, but wait to sign paperwork and actually buy expensive things from March 18 to 20.

When it comes to making original and very artistic design decisions, you are fortunate, for planets in Pisces are considered outstandingly artistic. Pisces is not analytical and left-brain oriented like Virgo, for example, but more right brain, which gives this sign intuitive wisdom and vastly artistic sensibilities. If you are about to freshen up your home with new design ideas, early March should allow you to express yourself in a particularly original way - the "you" in you will be very evident and stylish. Create a visual board and keep track of all your ideas.

You can also entertain friends and family in early to mid-March, with superb results. Invite friends and family you've not seen in a long time, for Mercury retrograde is great for bringing back the people who matter to you in your life. If you have your party in March, your party would create a mood that would be as graceful and lyrical as a poem. Aim for a feeling of romance, and your party will be the talk of the season.

If your parent or other family member needs your help, it is evident that you will clear your calendar to attend to home-related concerns. Even if other family members, such as a sibling, also care deeply about your parent or other relative, it appears you will be in the best position to offer help, and you will find the right options. This does not mean your life will always be calm, as planets in water sign Pisces do not blend easily with your fire sign Sun sign. They are what we call a "square" angle, but 90-degree squares help us turn a corner - they almost push us to do so! Planets in Pisces are dearly compassionate, too, so chances are, you will make a decision that is empathic and caring for your beloved relative.

I like that this new moon March 11 (influential until March 20) will come arm-in-arm with glamorous Venus - great for making design choices, and also indicating you may see a profit from the choices you make in weeks ahead. Transiting Pluto is currently in your second house of income and possessions and is also friendly, underscoring the possibility that your moves regarding your home this month will increase your wealth, whether by making choices that will eventually appreciate the value of your current property, by making a real estate sale for profit, or by negotiating a good bargain. At the same time, Saturn will also be outstandingly friendly and offer you the gift of stability and long-range security. These are all reasons I feel you should address home and family matters on a large or small scale this month. If you close on a house, do it after Mercury goes direct March 17.

One last thought on a home-related matter. In any home or property situation, be on guard for the possibility of water damage, a theme that will continually come up now and repeatedly in coming years, due to the long-term presence of Neptune in your home sector. Neptune won't leave your house of home until 2026, so it is certainly wise to get flood and water-related damage insurance for your home and other property. This month, with so many planets in Pisces, the possibility of having problems with water in regard to property will be stronger than ever.

The last part of March will have a very different vibration. Planets will begin to migrate into Aries, which is a place more comfortable for you, for Aries is a fire sign like yours. Mars will be first planet to move into Aries on March 12, leaving all the other planets behind in Pisces, and those others will continue to help you solve real state matters. Later, on March 20, the Sun will move into Aries, and a day later, Venus will follow. By early to mid-April, you will see the emphasis on your social life become very strong, for the Pisces planets will toddle along and fill your house of fun and love. Romance will be in the air, and you will want to be finished with your home-related plans, if only temporarily, as the social opportunities coming up will be too special to miss.

We have an aspect on March 22, when Mars and Uranus will meet in Aries. This aspect will fall in your house of true love, and it could be great, or it might he simply horrid. Mars is a hot, aggressive planet and Uranus is the planet of surprise, but also shock. You will either love this day - a Friday - or hate it. If your birthday or rising sign is 8 degrees, or your birthday falls within five days of November 29, you may like this influence. As you can see, this is a day that brings influences at the extreme end of the spectrum, either very happy or maddening and upsetting. I cannot tell which way it will go for you, so have your guard up. Fortunately, the moon will be in luxury-loving Leo, and Jupiter will be on hand to bring some happy touches. On the heels of this day, we have the full moon on March 27 in Libra, 7 degrees, a monster moon if there were ever was one. This full moon will bring a friendship to fullness. Whatever comes up, the matter will arrive as unexpected news that will likely rock you. It may be a casual statement said by a friend, or something he or she does behind your back to betray you. Or, it may be something a friend has done so many times that you finally say, "Enough! We are done!" Uranus will be directly opposing the full moon, causing the element of all things unexpected.

The moon rules your finances, and will cause them to gyrate near March. Pluto will be in hard angle to the full moon too, bringing up other financial concerns, so if your friend owes you money and tells you to wait, you may finally see red and have it out with your friend. By all means, keep money, romance, and friendship separate, never to intertwine - and certainly not now. If you already did combine these areas of your life, you will see why it's not wise at this full moon.

This will be a monster of a moon for most people, but there is a chance you might be the exception to the rule, and a lot depends on the planets found in your natal chart. If your birthday falls on November 28 plus or minus five days, you will notice this full moon, and benefit from it, despite the jarring effects of it.

This has to be great news if you have plans to move or improve the look and feel of your home. If you've tried to find a new apartment to lease, a condo to sell, or a house to buy, this month's energies will seem miraculous. Suddenly events will move forward rapidly, and you will be so very pleased when they do. No less than six heavenly bodies will line up in Pisces, all in your fourth house of home, so dream big, and be decisive when options come up. Opportunities will drop into your lap - watch for news just after the new moon arrives, March 11.

Pisces is a highly creative, visionary sign, a perfect placement if you hope to work on refurbishing or a home design project - you will be very inspired. Mercury will be retrograde, so you will have to be careful not to buy appliances, furniture, or electronics until AFTER Mercury regulates its orbit, March 17. You can, however, browse your options earlier by collecting brochures, viewing model rooms, talking to your designer, architect, broker, or other expert, and lining up your plan. To make momentous decisions, you would do best to wait for early April.

You may be able to benefit from this tour of Mercury retrograde, if a former situation returns for another discussion. For example, you might have bid on a house that you wanted dearly, but were turned down. That situation may now come up again and allow you the chance to make another bid. This time, you would have an excellent chance of being successful.

After so much attention to home, you will crave time to relax and have fun. The planets that lit your home sector will, at month's end, head to your love sector, but because the planets will be a motley mix of sublime (Venus and the Sun) and disruptive (Uranus and Mars), you are likely to see your love life gyrate at month's end, especially from March 22 to 31.

At the core is one of the most difficult full moons of the year, March 27. This is not the weekend to schedule anything important. For instance, it would not be the time for a romantic trip or to throw a party at home because Uranus and Mars will directly oppose the moon, an extremely tense aspect. You may hear hurtful words and or be horrified by an outburst of anger directed at you. Much to your disbelief, a friend will be at the center of all that happens and contribute to most of your difficulties. Pluto will add fuel to the fire and introduce a financial concern. Whatever ensues needs to be taken seriously, but is also meant to protect you. You may feel that a certain friendship is now over and done - the hurt may go too deep to fix. See how you feel; nothing is etched in stone and you will get to make the final decision.

The new moon March 11 is due to appear in the water sign of Pisces. Protect against floods and water damage, and check your renter or homeowner's insurance policy to make sure you are covered. If you need to make residential changes, this new moon will help you accomplish your goals.

Venus in Aries will also move through your fifth house of true love from March 21 to April 14, a great time to improve your appearance (but not on March 22 when you are liable to disagree with your hairdresser or barber!)
