Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck, will reach out to that September 5 new moon in Virgo (13 degrees) in your home sector, suggesting that you will have the funds you need to pay for all that you hope to do. If you want to buy or sell a house, you are likely to find your best options now, in September. New moons are very powerful, and you will only get one new moon a year in your home and family sector. Not all of the new moons are friendly, but this one is one of the sweetest we've received this year. All new moons are strongest the day that they appear and get increasingly weaker as you move away from that day until two weeks later, the new moon has spent all its energy. The actions you take after the new moon are potent and weighty. There will be no other time in 2013 that will offer you the same level of opportunity.
I am excited by this new moon, not only because Jupiter is in the ideal position to give you profits AND generate the right options, but for another reason, too. Energy planet Mars is on the way to Virgo to extend all the actions you take now, so you can see a happy conclusion by the year-end holidays. Mars will be in your home sector from October 15 to December 7.
If you love your home as it is, you may decide to do more entertaining or you may host guests to stay over for a while. There is one other instance that is possible, where you might not focus on your physical home, but rather on your parent, as your home and your parents come under the same area of your chart. If your mother or father needs help from you, you will find the answers you need now, even if they eluded you in previous months. No matter what you'd like to do about your living or family situation, your plan will go well if you begin just after this friendly new moon in Virgo (13 degrees) on September 5.
When it comes to next month, October, it is not due to be an easy month. The first week of October will be like trying to navigate over a fast moving, swirling river on a tiny homemade raft, not easy and requiring a lot of skill and concentration to traverse. After that, we have a lunar eclipse, October 19, in Aries (actually not too hard an eclipse to cope with as eclipses go). On the heels of that, your ruling planet, Mercury, will be retrograde October 21 to November 10. That means the first half of November will have Mercury retrograde, too.
Although everyone feels Mercury retrograde periods, as a Gemini, you tend to feel it more directly than others, as Mercury is your ruling planet. You should not sign contracts in October or early November, as the planets will be in an angry, feisty mood in that first week, the Libra new moon of October 4 will be a cranky one, and later you have an eclipse in Aries, October 19. You also should not sign papers on an eclipse, for too much is shifting at the time, and you should certainly not sign a contract when Mercury, the planet that rules contracts, is retrograde. You would only have to redo it later, assuming you'd even want to continue it. As you see, you don't want to tangle with new launches, commitments, or ventures in October if you can avoid doing so. I will explain in more detail why this is true next month, but for now, suffice to say, work with purpose in September, for if you do, you will have much to show for your efforts.
To balance the activity you will be seeing at home, Mars will rev up your travel sector, giving you opportunities to go out of town for any reason - business, to see friends or family, or simply to get a rest. You won't likely go overseas, but you will go far enough to enjoy a refreshing change of scene. One of your very best times to travel will be over September 14, when Mars, the action planet, will signal Uranus, planet of surprise, in a very friendly way. (Gemini born within four days of June 4 will have a double dip of luck on their trip mid-month.)
Meetings or travel you take on the following day, September 15, won't be as positive, as that day brings a quick clash of Mercury, your ruler, with Uranus.
