Scorpio Forecast for June 2015

You've had remarkable cosmic support for your career since last July 2014, and this month you will continue to receive even more sensational aspects for you to build your professional reputation and make good money. You still have Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck, in your career sector (tenth house), an amazing privilege that you will continue to have until August 11, the date Jupiter will leave to enter another part of your chart. This month, June, and August will be your best of 2015 for reaching for the stars when it comes to career, so don't let up your efforts.

June will center on career but even more directly on money. Let me show you the astounding aspects that are about to come your way.

The full moon of June 2 in Sagittarius, 12 degrees, influential for a plus or minus four days before and after, will center you on your ability to raise your income. If you had previously asked for a raise, you will likely hear back now about with the answer. Jupiter will be in the ideal position to this full moon so you have excellent chances to get the increase you had hoped, so let's think good thoughts. If you are self-employed, you may get a new client who has the money to fund very large projects. You may be working on a business deal with a present client that has strong profit potential. Uranus will be at an ideal angle too, so it appears aspects of this deal will come up suddenly and completely unexpectedly, but because Uranus will be friendly, you may be presently surprised. There is one little problem, however.

Neptune will be in a challenging angle to the full moon of June 2, indicating that something about the situation will be clouded. It will be hard to separate fact from fiction, and this lack of financial clarity may lead to troubles down the road. Do not sign any papers, or even shake hands with a verbal acceptance. This full moon, although attractive, needs you to work intensely on the details. Show any paperwork you are asked to sign to your lawyer. The deal does look very promising, but I fear your enthusiasm for it will cause you to become carried away, and in a haste to rush forward, you won't see problematic clauses that may be misleading or not well defined. Some areas of the contract may be missing, for no one thought about certain vital issues that might come up later. It seems it's too early to agree to anything yet.

There are two reasons to slow down and not sign. First, a hard angle from Neptune is a classic reason to tell the other party that your lawyer needs time to work on this document. Second, Mercury will still be retrograde until June 11, and you should never sign paperwork when Mercury is out of phase, for the deal simply won't work out the way you intend. I suggest you sign on June 22 or June 26, and later as you and I go through the month together, you will see why I feel this is such special days.

Let's go back up to the top of the month, for your career aspects are so remarkable that you won't believe your luck.

Venus will move into Leo on June 5 in your most your most prestigious career sector (tenth house), and Venus will remain at your side for weeks. On the same day, your secondary ruler, Mars, will be in divine angle to Jupiter, so a financial deal should go exceedingly well. Mars will be in your eighth house of other people's money, so if you will be pitching investors, or negotiating benefits for a new position, on this day you will make gratifying progress. Things will speed up at the new moon June 16 and beyond, but we are getting ahead ourselves, so just keep that information in your pocket.

Your glowing reputation will precede you on Monday, June 8. It seems your fine work will come to the attention of a top authority figure or celebrity who will help you get ahead. The Sun in perfect angle to Jupiter will link your past performance to salary, so again, you have another sterling day to negotiate a salary for a new job, or an increase for your present job. You may also want to investigate a deal with a promising profit potential.

You seem to have an angel looking after your career, for on June 8, your ruler Mars, will be in a fine angle (60 degrees away, denoting opportunity) to Uranus, the planet of unexpected outcomes. All talks about money will unfold beautifully. Remember, when your ruler is involved (Mars), you are named in the aspect. While everyone will love this day, it looks like you and Aries will love it more. (Aries is the other sign ruled by Mars.) Mars has been touring your eighth house since last month, so it appears your expenses are mounting, giving you more motivation to find a way to improve cash flow.

Another day you are likely to be surprised by events related to your job will be June 10, when a fantastic assignment arrives that will become a jewel in your crown. You seem to be excited about this development, and you will give your all to the new project. To be clear, this day does not win you a new, better job, but an impressing new project that will add to your reputation. Clearly, things are happening at a dizzying pace.

By June 11, Mercury will go direct, and you will see the pace of events will move even faster from then on.

The new moon, June 16, in your eighth house of other people's money, will be a big moment. You can have the most superb aspects, but without a new moon to open the iron gates that have been previously shut tight, the results will be muted. This new moon will bring you solid financial opportunities in the two weeks the will follow that new moon. You must work hard the minute that new moon arrives to show your passion and determination to get the money you need. In astrology, the planets will help you, but you must supply the energy and show the universe your intent.

The kind of money that the eighth house rules is money needed to fund a dream, and the amount needed is usually large and outside the amount an average person can possibly supply. I will give you some examples of the types of funding you may be thinking about in June. You may need a mortgage to buy a house, or you might want to ask your banker to refinance your present mortgage. You may ask an investor for an infusion of cash, or a bank for a line of credit for your business. Or, you may open talks about the fair distribution of communal property in a divorce. You may file a claim to an insurance company, or hear about an inheritance that names you as a beneficiary.

Again, Jupiter and Uranus will stand by you at the time of the new moon to help you, and with this new moon, Neptune will no longer be in a position to cloud facts, so you can press forward without fear. The new moon will be your best opportunity in 2015 to get the funds you need in the days that come AFTER this new moon. Mars will oppose this full moon, so you will need to answer many questions from influential VIPs who hold the purse strings. Your strongest days will come directly after the new moon, so act quickly, because with each passing day, a new moon always gets a little weaker.

You have a glorious, five-star day for your career due June 22 - when Jupiter in your house of fame and honors will get a signal from surprise-a-minute Uranus. The energy of the previous new moon, June 16, will fuel the opportunities of June 22 and make them brighter. The right assignment will come up, and when it does, you will be the talk of the industry. Uranus is currently in your sixth house of work projects, and Jupiter is in your house of fame, and together they will form a brilliant link in their collaboration. Jupiter is in Leo, the sign of entertainment, so if you are an actor, you may get the ideal role of your life that could put you in line for an Oscar. If you are a producer, you may hit a home run when everyone sees the work you do on the projects you are overseeing. Top executives will realize you are the person to groom for bigger and better things.

Leo is the sign on your solar mid-heaven (top of your chart, where career advancement takes place, called the tenth house) and also rules the luxury market. If you work in that industry, luck will be on your side. Finally, Leo also rules anything having to do with children - clothes, books, TV shows, toys, foods, schools, teaching, and more - so if that is your field, get set to be recognized and lauded for your fine work. In truth ALL Scorpios, including YOU, have reason to feel you are about to have much to celebrate.

By the time the Sun moves into Cancer, June 21, you will see a slight quieting down of this explosive, exciting career period, just laden with opportunity. Mars, your ruler, will enter Cancer on June 23, and initiate a time when you can safely take a holiday to a beautiful setting, most likely near water, in the weeks to come. It would be wise to plan a fun vacation in July, because August will be exciting for career too, possibly even MORE so than June. Is that possible? Yes! If only life could always be this way! Sometimes we go through long phases of waiting for a break. This time is your time, dear Scorpio.

In case you think this is all I have to say, wait! On July 1 a full moon in Capricorn will appear, and may be when you sign the contact I had mentioned earlier, at the start of this report. It would be a good time to do so too. This full moon will light your house of agreements, and also short-distance travel. This five-star day, July 1, will ALSO bring Venus and Jupiter together in conjunction in your tenth house of fame and honors. Venus and Jupiter will form a beacon of light, and shimmer at the very top of your chart, showering your entire chart with happiness. This meeting of Venus and Jupiter will bring some sort of prestigious acknowledgement of your abilities.

It does not matter how old you are, or how much experience you have. Even if you have been out of work for months, or in the case of a mother who stayed home to raise her children, for years. Every Scorpio, including you, will partake of the benefits that the cosmos will be sending you this month.

Of course, in astrology, everything rests on how much you dearly want to see success in any area, on any level. Think of the string of good aspects you will get over the course of a year - in each case, how special each aspect will work for you will depend on what you had done previously. Aspects build progressively, one over another. As you grow, reward comes from past actions. Astrology reveals the conditions, but YOU provide the outcome.

If you have come off track, the universe will help you by pushing you back on track by sending an eclipse or other important aspect to break the pattern. Sometimes we can't quite see the entire picture of what we are experiencing and fail to understand why certain events happen. We do understand later and see how the universe in its wisdom actually gets us out of unproductive situations into much happier ones. The longer I study astrology, the more I see that the universe wants to see you enjoy life, and to be productive and relevant, contributing your unique talents, and to be in loving relationships.

Now let's turn to what Saturn is doing in the heavens.

Taskmaster Saturn toured Scorpio from October 5, 2012, to December 23, 2014, and during that time, Saturn limited your movements and taught you that the most valuable achievements in life are those we work on the most diligently. Think back to where you were prior to October 2012, and you will see how far you have come in maturity in these past two years. You have grown in authority by taking on many new responsibilities, and now you are more seasoned. You have discovered an abundance of inner strength that you never knew you had. In the process, you garnered the admiration and respect of all who have come to know you.

Now Saturn is heading back to Scorpio, but only for thirteen weeks, from June 14 to September 17. Once Saturn returns to Sagittarius on September 17, you will be done with Saturn's tests. He will not return to your sign until 2041, decades from now.

You know Saturn's drill by now, so I doubt you will be surprised by anything Saturn feels you still need to know. Those Scorpios with birthdays that fall November 19-21 will be the ones to feel this tour of Saturn directly. If that's you, don't feel singled out - everyone gets approximately ten months of direct tutoring from Saturn, and the Scorpios born during those days only had six months of direct contact with this planet.

Note of explanation: Few people notice the influence of Saturn the entire two years that Saturn spends in a sign, but rather only for approximately ten months when Saturn orbits in significant mathematical degree over your Sun. I sometimes say, Saturn is directly over your head now, meaning it is matching the degrees of your birthday Sun. Just think of Saturn moving up to, say, 15 degrees, and you are born on November 7, which means your Sun is at 15 degrees. You would not have felt Saturn when he was, say, zero to ten degrees - that would have been the October-born Scorpios - but you would have felt Saturn's influence as he moved deeper into the sign. I don't want you to have to worry about the degrees of your Sun. My point in telling you this is that Saturn is nearly out of Scorpio, so the Scorpios who have birthdays that fall at the very end of the sign, November 19-21, will feel Saturn the most. Are they being targeted for more than usual training from Saturn, now, because by December, 2014 they had only had seven months of Saturn's tutoring? To be fair, like everyone else, they need three more months of Saturn's tutoring.

When will romance fit into this month? The answer is during the last third, when the Sun and Mars roll into your highly compatible sign of Cancer. You will be too busy this month gathering up every possible career goodie you can find. Let your social life rest a little. There's plenty of time in July to enjoy life.

Summary

Saturn, the taskmaster planet, will briefly retrograde back into Scorpio on June 14 until September 17. You have gone through two years of Saturn's training and learned you were ready to accept more responsibility and were able to locate the power of your strength within - you may now say you are a lot stronger than you ever gave yourself credit. Now Saturn is simply cycling back to give direct tutoring to those with birthdays that fall November 19-22 because those Scorpios had been shortchanged when Saturn moved into Sagittarius at the end of December 2014.

We each get ten months of direct training from Saturn, and those Scorpios named only had seven months of care. Saturn is very even-handed in the way Saturn appropriates teaching time, as once Saturn leaves, it won't be back to Scorpio until 2041.

The month opens with a full moon in Sagittarius, so you will attend to financial matters within four days of this date. This is friendly in that Uranus, planet of surprise, will send a lovely beam from your workaday house, so the good news about a new project or client may come in that may net you quite a bit of money suddenly. It may relate to a project that is about to be finished in a way that makes you proud - and that others will be moved to reward you financially. Still, you need to be careful. Neptune will be in hard angle to that full moon, and that could spell trouble when Neptune's fog covers pertinent financial facts. Ask for backup, and refuse to sign until month's end.

Circle June 5 as a potential wonder-day for your career, when Mars works with Jupiter to forge a financial success. On the same day, Venus will enter your reputation area (same house being stimulated by Jupiter now), and your fine reputation and recent victories will buzz on just about everyone's lips. While your popularity is so high, you can afford to offer a VIP a slightly risky idea - it could get approved and prove the winning idea for the team.

A string of three days are due to be superb: June 8, 9 and 10, and all link your career smarts with earning more money, most likely through a bonus or through getting better perks and benefits.

Mercury will continue to be retrograde in your financial sector until June 11, a holdover from last month that started May 21. Remind clients if checks you expected them to pay are tardy. The new moon of June 16 in the same sector will help the cash to flow again. Uranus, planet of surprise, will be in sweet angle, suggesting you are likely to find new ways to bring in income, get approved for a bank loan, mortgage or refinanced mortgage, venture capital, or other application for funding. Questions by authority figures to you about backup will be pointed due to Mars' position, but if you are prepared, you will glide through the process easily and leave with the check.

Two spectacular days will end the month. June 22 will bring a rare aspect, Jupiter (good fortune) in your house of fame, in perfect angle to Uranus (surprise) in your house of workaday projects. Something you are working on is about to bring a breakthrough - and become a big star on your lapel. This aspect is so rare that it won't come again until December 2019, and by then planets will have moved into different signs, so it will not be expressed in the same way.

Its runner-up lucky days involved Venus in lovely angle to Uranus too, June 26-29, and will also bring you kudos from higher-ups for work well done. The sweetest part of all this is that you will be shocked at your good fortune, as none of it will be expected. You may be wondering about your social life too, but think again. This month it'll be too vital to keep your eyes on the road than to become distracted by romantic and social events. In months ahead there'll be plenty of time to have fun.

Neptune will go retrograde June 12 until November 18, and Neptune rules your solar fifth house love sector. This move of Neptune may cause you to rethink your relationship with someone you are dating, or you may simply change the pace of the relationship. Alternatively you may adjust plans for a child you have, or a creative project you are working on. See how this works out for you.

Mars' move into Cancer on June 24 to August 8 will give you an opportunity to travel before your career heats up again (in the most delightful way) in August. Take advantage of that window of opportunity to become refreshed in a new setting.

Dates to Note for Scorpio:

Mercury will continue to retrograde until June 11.

Financial considerations will need to be settled near the full moon June 2, but with Mercury in retrograde, and Neptune in hard angle, getting to objective, accurate facts will be hard. Ask many questions, demand backup if necessary, and sign nothing until after June 11.

Everyone has two financial houses, and your other one, the eighth house of other people's money, will light up at the new moon, June 16. This new moon will be friendlier than the full moon of June 2. June 16 plus ten days will be the perfect time to apply for a loan or university financial aid. You may shop for a mortgage or refinance the mortgage you already have. Inheritance comes under this house, as do bonuses, licensing fees, and royalties, so as you see, this house rules money that comes in sporadically, often in chunks.

At work you simply can do no wrong. Venus goes into Leo, June 5 until July 18, and will keep the buzz that people are saying about you shining.

You might earn more money (a commission?) on June 5 when Mars, your ruler, sends a beam to Jupiter in your prestigious tenth house. This is an ideal day for a presentation or interview.

The first three days of the following week, June 8 to 10, will be wonderful for planning work and home, design-related actions. Wait until after Mercury goes direct June 11 before carving things in stone.

Saturn will slide back to Scorpio from June 14 to September 17, and the members of the sign that will feel Saturn's temporary visit most will be those with birthdays that fall at the end of the sign, from November 19-22. It is doubtful you will experience any unusual new pressures from Saturn, for you have already hosted Saturn in your sign for two years. Guard your health, as the summer will be very busy, responsibilities will mount, and you may feel drained. Once September 17 Saturn leaves Scorpio, he will not to return to Scorpio until 2041.
