First, the Sun, your ruling star, will receive a high-five (happy) greeting from Saturn, giving your actions long-term gain and feeling of comforting security. If you have been concerned about your health, on this day, check in with your doctor or dentist. On the same day, February 3, Mars and Pluto will be in rare collaboration, linking your house of home to your house of work projects. Because both of these planets rule your solar fourth house, you may see a breakthrough in regard to a home or family matter. You may find a new apartment, or you may find a solution for your parent of advanced age.

The next day to watch will be February 6, a Saturday, and when the Sun, your ruler, will receive a contact from Uranus. On this day, you may decide spontaneously to travel quite far with your partner. This would most likely happen in the romantic sense, but if you have a partner in business, you may travel together to see a client at a great distance. Your partner will be a gem on this day, and you will benefit. Other possible areas of gain include publishing and broadcasting, legal matters, and anything having to do with academia. Include the day prior, February 5, for as the energy builds toward Saturday, you will also have an excellent day.

The most important day as the month will be the new moon in Aquarius, February 8 at 19 degrees. This new moon will herald a new chapter in your partnership. If you are ready to tie the knot, you may make a proposal or receive one in the days that follow this new moon. You will have ten days from the new moon February 8 to make your move closer to your sweetheart, so Valentine's Day, February 14, will fall within that period, just in time to make that day a memorable, landmark day for love. I am thrilled to see that Saturn - the forever, ever planet of stability - will be highly congenial to this new moon, and will help you put down roots with the one you love. Uranus is also involved, so you may find this new moon brings surprises - you may move up the timetable you had in your mind about when you'd get engaged and married due to a certain outside event that comes up now and causes you to reconsider your plans.

If your birthday falls within four days of August 11, you will be especially boosted by the effect of the new moon of August 8, and you will notice that a partnership matter is moving forward quite powerfully. The same would be true if you have Leo rising at 19 degrees, or have the natal moon, or other natal planets, in Leo, Aries, or Sagittarius at the same 19 degree, plus or minus five degrees.

On Valentine's Day, Mars will be in lovely alignment to Jupiter, so you may find a solution or get good news pertaining to that home and family situation. Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck, is in your financial sector, so you may sell a house or furniture at a handsome profit. Speaking about money, the full moon on February 22 in Virgo at 4 degrees will bring a financial matter to fullness. Neptune will be prominent by being in opposition to that full moon, so you will need to be careful if you plan to sign papers or buy something expensive. You may not be privy to all information, and if you find out later what was not told to you, may regret not having had it. You may have not signed, purchased, or invested at all, or you would have put in certain provisions in the contract to protect yourself. If you are about to change jobs, and agreeing to a new salary at this time, you may not fully understand the offer. In that case, ask a lot of questions. If, however, you are culminating a deal that deals with a piece of art, such as a valuable painting, composition of music, a screenplay or book, or other artistic expression, Neptune's appearance at this full moon could be related to that sale, as Neptune is the guardian of the arts, and the outcome may be very positive. As you see, all depends on the circumstances.

If the financial matter at hand involves your salary, a better day to make an agreement falls after the full moon, on February 25, when Mercury and Saturn will be in sync, giving you a solid foundation for future gains.

Moving your attention on to Friday, February 26, Mercury and Uranus will be in lovely sync, making the start of the last weekend of the month ideal for a spontaneous trip away for fun and love. Or, it would also be a time when your mind will be especially sharp and clever, so go ahead, send a thrilling text to the one you love, or get set to receive one that makes you smile. It's fun to feel treasured by the person you love, and on this day, a text or email from that person could make you feel precisely that way.

The last day of the month will be Leap Year Day, February 29, a day that in the old days women were encouraged to speak up and propose marriage to their special lover. In those days, if the woman was frustrated that her partner wasn't asking for her hand in marriage, and a lot of time was going by, there was no reason to remain silent. Today we find this charmingly old-fashioned. Women and men today don't need Leap Year Day to speak up. My goodness, that only happens every four years. However, having said that, if you are in a relationship, and you feel something should have happened by now between the two of you in terms of commitment, then by all means, speak up. On February 29, Venus, the love-me planet, and Saturn, the planet of forever, ever promises, will be in exact sync. Why not speak up?
