20-nanometer (nm) class* four gigabit (Gb) LPDDR3 chips, in a symmetrical
structure of two sets of three chips stacked in a single package only 0.8
millimeters high

簡單翻譯：使用六個20nm製程的4Gb LPDDR3 顆粒組成，高度僅有0.8mm

心得：2GB　ram在今年下半年就是萬元機的標配了吧
