美國聯邦參議院近日通過「台灣旅行法」，美國務院發言人重申美國對台政策不變。聯合報系資料照

針對美國聯邦參議院通過「台灣旅行法」，國務院發言人表示，美國政策不變，仍信守「一中政策」；行政部門與國會為獨立部門，兩者不能控制或代表對方發言。

參議院全院28日無異議通過「台灣旅行法」，鼓勵美台各層官員互訪，下一階段將提交至白宮，由總統川普簽署立法。

一名國務院發言人1日透過電子郵件，以背景說明方式回覆本報記者指出，美國對台政策並未改變，仍信守基於美中三公報與台灣關係法的「一中政策」。

他並說，美方認為台灣是重要的合作夥伴，一個成功的民主故事，也是對世界有益的一股力量，台灣與美國具共享價值，贏得美方的尊重，並繼續享有美國的強力支持。

該名發言人表示，依美國憲法，行政部門與國會各為獨立部門，兩者在制定美國的外交政策都起重要作用，但互不控制或代表對方發言。

國務院發言人並指出，兩岸的和平穩定符合美國長久利益；台海兩岸了解這些利益的重要性，並為建立和平穩定的基礎而努力很重要，穩定的兩岸關係有益於台海兩岸、美國與該區域。

他還說，美方鼓勵北京和台北當局進行建設性對話，尋求台海兩岸人民可接受的方式和平解決分歧。

美國國會通過了 CLOUD 法案。
1. 允許外國警方在未獲美國搜索令下收集、監聽美國企業的使用者通訊
2. 允許外國在未經法院審查前要求儲存在美國的使用者資料
3. 允許外國警方在不通知使用者的狀況下收集使用者資料
4. 允許美國警方收集儲存在任何地方的資料
5. 允許隱私薄弱的國家無視美國的隱私法律扣押儲存在美國的資料
這法案這樣真的沒問題嗎

我真的懷疑又是江南案後懲台案被宋美齡砸錢擋下後的用錢砸出來的法案

這個我不認為是老川想要的
