⭐️ This past month, I’ve been looking at myself… and maybe you can do the same.

💫 Simply taking a moment to step outside of the noise and just look at where I am right now.

Not with judgment, not with excuses, but with honesty ✔️

I’ve been deeply visioning the future me
The slower, older version, 80 y/o sitting somewhere, looking back on the choices I made.

I realized… I owe it to him 💭
I owe it to that older version of me to fill his memories with moments he’s proud of.
With adventures ✅
With challenges ✅
With stories of how I lived ✅ NOT just how I existed.

I want him to sit back at 80, feeling exhausted  from the adventures that consumed my “try it” mindset ✈️

Right now, that 80 year old  version of me can’t do what I can do today ❌
He can’t lace up his trainers and feel the rush of movement ❌ (like I can today)
He can’t fight to come back from a spinal injury the way I have these past months ❌
He can’t book a last minute flight, explore a new place, or push his body to see what it’s truly capable of ❌

And that hit me hard because this moment, right now, is a gift he’ll never get back 🌍

So I asked myself:
Why am I waiting⁉️
Why am I holding back when my future self is begging me to go, to start⁉️

The truth is, it’s so easy to get stuck, trapped between the wrong decision and no decision at all 🤷‍♀️ 🤷 We sit there waiting for the perfect plan, the perfect timing… and in that waiting, life just slips by.

So, why did I go ✈️
Because I knew one day, I wouldn’t be able to
Because I want that older version of me to sit there with a smile, knowing I gave it everything through the setbacks, through the recovery, through the moments I wasn’t sure I could keep going

When I’m 80, I don’t just want to remember that I survived…I want to remember that I lived ✨

Who wants to go but STILL HASN’T:

Chased the job you can’t stop thinking about? 💭
Started the health journey you’ve been putting off? 🏃‍♂️
Keep saying “one day” to that dream holiday? ✈️
What if you went all in on that business idea? 🚀
