標題 [問卦] 慶祝偷拍檢舉超過1000件(發錢)

小魯每天靠公車通勤上下班好幾年，台灣汽車駕駛水準實在是非常差勁，

常常違規停車在公車站牌買東西、銀行領錢、等候接送等垃圾行為，

害公車只能併排停車，乘客冒險走在車道上下車，更造成後方車流阻塞，

這些違停的駕駛都不會覺得丟臉或對不起用路人，

之前都是靠手機簡訊檢舉違規停車，後來發現效果不彰警察沒辦法立即到場開單，

所以只能靠「偷拍錄影」的方式，回家後再檢舉這些在公車站牌違規停車的汽車，

僅限於合法方式的偷拍行為(如檢舉交通違規)，嚴禁有偷拍妨害秘密行為！


目前手上剛好檢舉突破1,000件違規停車來跟各位分享！

首先可以在【Google Play】或【APP Store】搜尋「SPY CAMERA」這個關鍵字，

可以看到許多「偷拍」的APP程式，這裡拿Android SC-OS3作範例。

【使用技巧】
原則上現在手機鏡頭都非常廣角，在進行偷拍時，手持手機不用刻意對準違規車輛，
稍稍像平常滑手機一樣的角度即可完整拍攝入鏡，
進行偷拍時可以正常使用手機，不會有突兀的情形發生，建議以「錄影」方式為主，
主要是違規態樣要持續性的違規停車，證明車輛靜止不動占用公車站牌，
這樣違規停車檢舉的通過率才會高，錄影過程解析度不用太高沒關係，
錄影片段建議10至15秒即可，紅線路段、公車站牌、併排停車一秒都不能停，
不用特意錄影超過什麼三分鐘時間，不用！
以車牌號碼及違規事實(紅線、公車站牌、路邊停車致併排等)為主要錄影畫面，
錄影結束可以馬上把影片上傳雲端硬碟，再從家裡的電腦下載向交通大隊檢舉違規停車，
平均一天檢舉個兩件不會造成多大負擔，給這些公車站牌違規停車的駕駛教訓！


違規停車影片也可以上傳無限空間的【YouTube】，然後賺取微薄的點閱率。
