國際民航組織ICAO，是聯合國旗下管理飛安管理飛安的單位。現在武漢肺炎到處擴散，世界各國都在等著ICAO可能會針對疫情發布國際飛航安全規定公告。
不過因為ICAO排除台灣，所以台灣會收不到新規定，變成防疫漏洞。一些美國官員跟學者在推特上討論這件事，結果包括幾位白宮官員在內，通通被ICAO的推特水桶了

ICAO發文說，它推特帳號會主動刪除「冒犯性言論」。只是被水桶的這些帳號，剛好都在討論為何台灣被ICAO排除。現在有更多美國的官員與學者加入討論這件事，ICAO的官方推特操作者的背景也受到質疑。
以下是一些美國學者、記者、國會議員的實際測試

聯合國官員的回應是，它們跟ICAO討論過，認為這波「推特攻擊」（問台灣為何不能進ICAO）是在「散布假訊息」，所以他們照規定刪除。
