You will start December thinking about money. You might say that you are always thinking about money, for as a Taurus you like to feel secure and on top of your cash flow. That's a lovable side of you - I bet some nights, you simply enjoy reading your bank statements. This month you seem to be doing especially well when it comes to increasing your bank balance.

Early in the first week, Mercury will receive a beautiful vibration from Jupiter, the giver of gifts and luck. The early days of December should bring good news, possibly about a salary increase or a check to you from a loving relative.

Your everyday work experience will be busy and you will have to tap dance quickly to keep up with all that is expected of you. Some overworked or overtired people will be prone to become enraged and snap at the smallest criticism. Be very diplomatic on this day and the days surrounding it. Choose your words carefully, lest you trip the fuse on the person you are talking with at the time. If a customer is irate, speak softly and don't become provoked. Don't say, "You cannot talk to me this way." That will only enrage the customer more. Be gentle!

The area of your chart that will be activated on this day when explosive, warrior Mars will oppose unpredictable Uranus, December 10, will be the sixth house. The sixth house rules your workaday world (including co-workers, underlings, and even customers) but also rules health and fitness. When you exercise, be aware of your limits and don't overdo. You need to keep good form and not strain any part of you, particularly your lower back. (Mars is in Libra, ruling the lower back.) Also near this time, watch your teeth, and if any tooth seems amiss, go to a dentist immediately. You would not want to let things go and have problems as you get closer to the holidays. It may be nothing, but it's always wise to check it out - your dentist can order a cleaning while you are there, so it would not be a waste of time to go.

Your focus on finances that will likely happen early in the month will intensity at the appearance of the new moon, December 11, in Sagittarius 19 degrees. That new moon is friendly, for it will receive an exciting, harmonious vibration from Uranus, the planet of surprise. This tells me you may receive an unexpected payment or bonus, or a beautiful gift at this time. It would materialize within two weeks of December 11, but more likely within the first week that FOLLOWS the new moon.

You might say, "Everybody receives presents at this time of the year." Actually not everyone does, but nevertheless, the fact that I can see a beautiful gift coming to you in your solar chart tells me that the gift or check you will receive will be very special. This gift or check appears to be work-related because Mars will also align perfectly with this new moon, and Mars is in your workaday sector. Additionally, if your office has a holiday party where everyone draws the name of a person in the team, you are about to be very lucky, for the person who draws your name for a gift will have something special in mind for you - and it need not be expensive. A thoughtful present always addresses something you know about the person you are giving the gift to, and it can touch the heart of that person. It can be as simple as a playlist or a home baked apple pie when you are invited over for dinner.
