It is also a month for getting considerable, thrilling career acclaim. Dear Scorpio, it seems that in February, you have all the sweetest aspects lining up for you. We have two eclipses this month, and those are as powerful as three full or new moons rolled into one. These are especially favorable, with none of the usual challenges eclipses are known to present. It is a month when you will have the power to move forward decisively in a host of areas of your life, and because both your private and public life will be accented, you will achieve balance and happiness on both scores. With so much golden opportunity raining down on you, thanks to playful, loving planets, everyone you know will wish they were you, but also be happy for you too.

At the start of the month, you would do best to focus on your home life. If you need to move, you will likely be moving immediately as the month opens or looking at spaces. You will find the one you want, so be optimistic. The new moon of January 27 that I spoke about in your last month’s outlook will still be strong in early February and will present you with the very best time of 2017 to improve your living quarters.

If you want to keep living where you are now, go shopping for new furniture or accessories. Or, you might want to paint a room or rearrange closets. If you have been trying to sell a house or buy a condo, as two examples, you are likely to do so in early February. You can call in the contractor for an estimate if you would rather renovate, start a do-it-yourself fix up project, or replace furniture with pieces that are more modern and inviting.

If you have been concerned about the welfare of a family member, most likely a parent or someone you think of as a parent, if you search for a workable solution, one will now likely surface during the first two weeks of February. It’s alternatively possible that your parent might help you in some way, such as to lend you money for a down payment or deposit on a rental or purchase of a house.

Your focus will suddenly shift to your career at the February 10 full moon in Leo, a beautiful new moon that will shine a bright light on you and bring praise for all you have accomplished professionally over recent years. Or, a recent victory will be something you, and your clients or management will want to celebrate with you. That full moon eclipse February 10 will be super-powerful and might bring an offer for a new position or herald the arrival of a new important project. It looks like you will take on more responsibility in your present job or to have the chance to get a new position and title. Or, if you are self-employed, you may receive outstanding publicity for work well done, and that publicity can help you bring in more clients, many of them prestigious.

What makes this full moon so unusual is that it will send a shimmering beam to Saturn in your second house of salary and other earned income, and at the same time, send a beam to Uranus, planet of unexpected developments, in your house of work assignments. This eclipse is very unusual – I cannot remember the last time I have seen anything as fantastically supportive as THIS! A golden triangle will appear in the heavens, linking Saturn (your salary), Uranus (surprise assignment), and the lunar eclipse in Leo (praise and an elevated profile in your career). A triangle denotes what astrologers call a grand trine (it comes from the word triangle), considered the very best aspect of harmony and good fortune that you can ever hope to see.

If you don’t actually get the promotion and major increase in salary yet, in February – but it looks like you WILL get it – be optimistic. You will still have a series of six eclipses due to bolster your professional status every six months until early 2019. The next pertinent eclipse will be a solar one, due August 21, 2017, and it will again be magically oriented and as encouraging as a fairy godmother who looks over you. The next lunar eclipse after that will come on January 31, 2018, followed by a solar eclipse August 11, 2018 and the last one, arriving as a lunar eclipse, January 21, 2019. At least one (or more) of these five eclipses, including the one this month on February 10), will have a powerful career effect, coaxing you to go higher. Actually, these eclipses could have a cumulative effect, where one paves the way for the next one and your influence continues to grow and your reputation takes on a platinum patina. When it comes to career, you are on an accelerated path. If you work in a creative job, or in entertainment, eclipses in Leo can only help you all the more.

You certainly will be busy because Mars, your ruling planet, will be touring your workaday sector, a place it took up on January 28 and will continue to brighten until March 9. When you have Uranus involved, anything can happen, so let’s only look to the downside, since you don’t have to prepare for good news – you can just enjoy it. Be careful in driving, wear seat belts, and by all means, do not text and drive. In my family, we have a pact with one another. If I call one of my daughters and she says that she is currently on the road, driving, we agree, I hang up instantly. No message, nothing – bye! If I text them while they are driving, they know to ignore my texts and those of others until they are at their destination. I never want to be the cause of an accident. On the days surrounding February 26, keep hallways clear, especially at night when someone could possibly fall over a toy or shoes left there by mistake. Don’t keep candles burning unattended – blow them out whenever you leave the room.

Mars conjunct Uranus, as we will have on February 26, can bring a different manifestation, and that is, an outburst from a subordinate or co-worker. Although I said earlier, with Venus in that house of office and work atmosphere, your relationship with co-workers will likely be as smooth as silk, in all the days near February 26, you do have to be careful about what you say, or how you say it, lest someone overreacts by having a meltdown. I doubt this will happen, but it could, so I am duty bound to mention this to you. The outcome of Mars conjunct Uranus can be physical (like I described above, with driving as an example) or emotional (like I am describing here). Having said all this, the other possibility is a happy one. With unpredictable Uranus in contact with energetic Mars, you may hear fantastic news about a new work assignment or be excited about being able to hire a new recruit to help get the work out.
