The same would be true if you have Sagittarius rising at 18 degrees (plus or minus five degrees, or if you have a natal planet at 18 degrees (within five degrees) of Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius, or Gemini, Libra, or Aquarius.

I am a bit concerned because this new moon of April 7 will be in hard angle to Pluto, in your second house of earned income. You may find that someone is trying to extract money from you (could be the tax man, as Pluto is connected to taxes) or for expenses associated with socializing, such as the need to be a member of a friend or family's destination wedding, could prove costly. If a lover wants money from you, don't hand it over. Pluto can have a dark side, so you may never see that money again, no matter what promises are made. If you don't know the person well, your love may be trying to manipulate you.

Money for a creative project appears to be at odds with the new moon April 7. Whatever comes up might take time to sort out.
