ElAttrache said Ohtani's case is especially encouraging because of the specifi
c details of his injury — although he declined to reveal those — and that he
 considers the chances of full recovery to be the same as a first-time Tommy J
ohn patient.

大谷翔平的案例特別令人振奮，因為他的傷勢細節（雖然他不透露）和他認為完全康復的
機會，和第一次TJ手術的患者差不多

If all goes as planned, Ohtani will be ready to pitch his first simulated game
 in September, around the time of the 50-year anniversary of the original Tomm
y John operation.
"The coincidence is so uncanny, the esteemed surgeon said. "It seems like it w
as meant to be."

沒意外的話大谷將在明年9月進行模擬投球
剛好是TJ手術的50週年
