Iran is ready to sign a nuclear deal with certain conditions with President Do
nald Trump in exchange for lifting economic sanctions, a top adviser to Iran’
s supreme leader told NBC News on Wednesday.
伊朗最高領導人的一位高級顧問週三向 NBC 新聞表示，伊朗準備與唐納德楔t普總統簽署
有條件的核協議，以換取解除經濟制裁。
Ali Shamkhani, a top political, military and nuclear adviser to Iranian Suprem
e Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, is one of the most senior Iranian officials t
o speak publicly about the ongoing discussions.

He said Iran would commit to never making nuclear weapons, getting rid of its
stockpiles of highly enriched uranium which can be weaponized, agree to only e
nrich uranium to the lower levels needed for civilian use, and allow internati
onal inspectors to supervise the process, in exchange for the immediate liftin
g of all economic sanctions on Iran.
他說，伊朗承諾永不製造核武器，銷毀可用於武器化的高濃縮鈾庫存，同意只將鈾濃縮至
民用所需的較低濃度，並允許國際核查人員監督這一過程，作為交換，伊朗將立即解除所
有經濟制裁。
Asked if Iran would agree to sign an agreement today if those conditions were
met, Shamkhani said, “Yes.”
當被問及如果這些條件得到滿足，伊朗是否會同意今天簽署協議時，沙姆哈尼回答說：“
是的。”
His comments appear to be the clearest public statement yet on Iran’s expecta
tions and willingness to reach a deal from the supreme leader’s inner circle.
Iran’s supreme leader has the final say on all matters of national security.

“It’s still possible. If the Americans act as they say, for sure we can have
better relations,” Shamkhani said, adding, “it can lead to a better situati
on in the near future.”

Shamkhani sat down with NBC News just hours after Trump offered Iran “an oliv
e branch” that was combined with threats crippling economic sanctions should
Iran not accept an agreement to limit the country’s nuclear program.
就在川普向伊朗伸出「橄欖枝」幾個小時後，沙姆哈尼接受了 NBC 新聞的採訪，川普威
脅稱，如果伊朗不接受限制其核計畫的協議，將對其實施嚴厲的經濟制裁。
Shamkhani expressed frustration at Trump’s tone and continued threats.
沙姆卡尼對川普的語氣和持續的威脅表示沮喪。

現任伊朗總統Masoud Pezeshkian其實算是親西方的改革派，一直希望採跟美國溝通的友
善態度解決經濟制裁這個大問題，川普則一直運用他的方式帶來他希望的世界和平（加沙
葉門可能不包含在內）。
