Aside the relaxation of US sanctions on Iranian oil, for Tehran the big win
is the fact that >20 days into the war, it’s still exporting oil via Hormuz.
At ~1.5m b/d (and assuming $85 a barrel) that’s a ~$2.5 billion windfall
since the war started. And the $$$ keeps going up.
I don’t believe Tehran ever thought that would be a possibility when it war
gamed any conflict with the US and/or Israel. Surely they assumed that if
they closed the strait for others, it would be closed for them, too.

除了美國放鬆對伊朗石油的制裁之外，對德黑蘭而言，最大的勝利在於戰爭爆發20多天後
，伊朗仍能透過霍爾木茲海峽出口石油。假設初始產量約為150萬桶，且油價為每桶
85美元，那麼自戰爭開始以來，伊朗已經獲得了約25億美元的意外之財。而且，油價還在
不斷攀升。
我不認為德黑蘭在與美國和/或以色列進行戰爭推演時會想到這種情況。他們肯定認為，
如果他們封鎖了海峽，那麼他們自己也會被封鎖。
