Lawrence Frank's opening statement on the Clippers investigation:

"We are glad there's an investigation, and we welcome it. We're eager for the
truth to come out. The assumptions and conclusions that have been made are
disappointing and upsetting. We expect the investigation to show that these
allegations are wrong.

I'm hurt for Steve [Ballmer]. He's one of the best and most honorable people
I've ever met. He does things the right way for the right reasons. He
constantly reminds us to stay on the right side of the rules. We also hurt
for our players, our staff, and fans...

We will cooperate with the investigation and let this process play out. But
we are eager for the whole truth, the whole picture to be revealed. We're
very confident in what it will show."

快艇GM Lawrence Frank 在記者會上回應調查:

「我們很高興有這項調查，我們表示歡迎。
  我們渴望真相能夠水落石出。目前那些做的假設與結論，
  令人失望且沮喪。我們相信調查會證明這些指控是錯誤的。

  我為 Steve Ballmer 感到難過。
  他是我一生中遇過最優秀、最正直的人之一。
  他總是以正確的方式、出於正確的理由行事。

  他經常提醒我們要遵守規則、走在正確的路上。

  我們也為我們的球員、員工和球迷感到心痛……

  我們將全力配合調查，並讓調查過程順利進行。
  但我們迫切希望完整真相和全貌能被揭露。

  而我們對最終調查結果充滿信心。」

Lawrence Frank on what gives him and the Clippers confidence about the
investigation:

"I think the confidence breeds from seeing the entire truth and knowing the
entire truth... Endorsement contracts are completely separate from player
contracts. The confidence is breeding from once the league sees the entire
truth, we feel very confident."

Lawrence Frank 談到什麼讓他和快艇隊對調查充滿信心:

「我認為這份信心來自於看到完整的真相、了解完整的真相……
  代言合約和球員合約是完全分開的。
