Two Costco Taiwan employees harassed one girl at Taichung Costco, Taiwan

on 12TH Dec in the afternoon. One man and one woman filmed her for ten minutes

 without premission when she returned commodities. They threatened and shouted

at her to stop her from returning successfully.


This crime has raised anger in Taiwan. Taiwanese urge you to investigate and

apologize immediately. If you don't make a satisfying response, Taiwanese will

take further lawsuit action.

下面這篇是魯叔朋友寄的信

I am very angry that your assistant manager(王品仙) and the duty manager (葉秉
宏) in Taichung of Taiwan because they harass my girlfriend.

In fact, I can't believe the two guys harassing my girlfriend are the
employees of Costco, but they are.
 ---------------------------------------------------
On the afternoon of December 12,Taiwan Standard Time, the two guys harassed
my girlfriend.

The most important is that my girlfriend is YOUR MEMBER and the only thing
that she does is to return milk.

But they record a scene video without asking her permission and continue
saying mean words to her, such as "Aren't you doing the right thing? Why not
show your face?"

After that, I have complained with the issue and they do NOTHING. They admit
that they record the video but they say that they just "kindly" have
conversation with her. However, they are speechless when I argue you have no
right to record the video.
Moreover, they DON"T THINK they make mistakes.

Haven't you promise that you offer 100% policy which make customers
satisfied? AND THESE TWO GUYS ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES, THE FUTURE MANAGERS!!!

WHAT"S WRONG WITH YOUR TRAINING AND WHAT KIND OF RIGHT DO THEY HAVE TO DO SO?

Immediately, the two employees apologize to us NOW!!

the mother group of it's supplier is EXTREMELY NOTORIOUS because it sells

It's been a year since the scandal breakout, and Costco in Taiwan are still
providing 林鳳營 milk as the main source.
 
DO YOU STILL GIVES A SHIT ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS REPUTATION?
 
And now, people in Taiwan figures out that maybe we should use your return
policy to punish this bitch company/group, and post on 'PTT', something like
reddit. Here's what happened:

The manager of Costco in Yung Ho says that this action is okay and not violate
with your policy. However, the manager in Tainan shop says "NO, you can not
buy a whole cart of milk and return!" and called police...
 
My suggestion to Costco is that maybe you should take action, ban all the
product from this group. In that case, no doubt you are going to win our
heart.
