[15:09] IDF 'continues to attack' in Gaza amid dispute as truce start delayed
The Israeli military says it “continues to attack” inside the Gaza Strip as a dispute with Hamas delayed the start of a planned ceasefire, the Associated Press is reporting.

Israel Defense Forces spokesperson Daniel Hagari said the truce would not begin until Hamas handed over the names of three hostages to be released later on Sunday, echoing an earlier statement from prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Lorenzo Tondo reports that it was unclear if the dispute had been resolved when the deadline for the truce to begin passed at 8.30am local time.

Hagari said soldiers were fully ready for the implementation of the ceasefire but also ready ‘‘to respond is terms are broken by Hamas”.

【公視新聞網 PNN】💥伊朗夜襲卡達美軍基地

伊朗（Iran）在當地時間23日晚間發射數枚飛彈，襲擊卡達(Qatar)的美國駐卡達的烏代德空軍基地（Al Udeid Air Base）。

而這也是回應美軍日前，無預警空襲福爾多（Fordow）、納坦茲（Natanz）、伊斯法罕（Isfahan）3處核設施。

由德黑蘭發出的飛彈劃過夜空，多地可見。

根據卡達國防部表示，伊朗共發射19枚飛彈，其中18枚皆被卡達防空系統攔截，另1枚擊中烏代德空軍基地，但並未造成人員傷亡。

卡達外交部發言人安薩里（Majed bin Mohammed Al-Ansari）表示，「譴責伊朗對烏代德空軍基地的飛彈襲擊，這次攻擊是對卡達主權的公然侵犯，違反睦鄰友好原則，是對國際慣例與國際法的侵犯。」

美國總統川普（Donald Trump）在「真實社群」上發文表示，「伊朗發射了14枚飛彈，其中13枚被攔截，1枚則朝不具威脅性的方向飛去，並未造成任何人員傷亡及損失。既然伊朗已經對美軍襲擊其核設施做出回應，希望不會再有更多的仇恨，呼籲德黑蘭當局繼續致力於地區和平，他也會鼓勵以色列照做。」

美國時間23日晚間，他再發文宣布，「以色列與伊朗已完全同意，雙方將在約6小時後實施完全停火，為期12小時，屆時戰爭將被視為正式結束。」

然而以、伊兩國並未明確回應停火協議達成與否。

但伊朗外交部長阿巴斯（Abbas Araghchi）表示，目前並未與以色列達成停火協議，但表示如果以色列在當地時間凌晨4點前停止對伊朗的攻擊，伊朗將停止軍事回應。

根據美聯社報導，以色列紅大衛盾會救援隊表示，當地時間24日清晨伊朗仍發射新一輪砲火，目前已知造成至少7人死亡，12人受傷。
伊朗國家媒體 SNN 報導，伊朗在停火生效前向以色列發射了「最後一輪飛彈」，以色列尚未公開接受停火協議。

美國總統川普21日證實空襲伊朗3處核設施，正式介入以伊戰爭。

美方此次軍事行動代號「午夜之鎚」，出動了美軍史上最貴「B-2轟炸機」，以及巨型鑽地彈破壞地下結構。

聯合國秘書長古特瑞斯警告，本就動盪的中東局勢恐陷報復循環。

美國駐聯合國代表朵洛西· 莎兒在會議上表示，「伊朗長期以來一直模糊核武計劃，現在終於到美國為了捍衛盟友、本國公民和利益，採取果斷行動的時候。」

朵洛西· 莎兒指出，伊朗政權不應擁有核武，「我們必須明確一點，伊朗不應升級事態。」

伊朗駐聯合國大使賽義德· 伊拉瓦尼則提及，「縱觀歷史，堅韌團結的伊朗民族曾承受更深的創傷，也曾面對更兇猛的敵人。」他說道，「美國對伊朗的所有指控都是毫無根據的，而且出於政治動機。」

賽義德· 伊拉瓦尼補充，《核武禁擴條約》不但沒有賦予各方和平利用核能的合法權利，反而還被用作侵略和非法行動的藉口，損害了伊朗的利益。

美國的盟友，英國首相施凱爾、法國總統馬克宏皆呼籲各方重返談判。

葉門青年運動與哈瑪斯則譴責美國的攻擊，中國外交部也指出美方違反聯合國憲章及國際法。

美國防部22日表示，此次任務只針對核設施，並非推翻伊朗政權。不過川普表態，不排除伊朗有政權更迭的可能。

伊朗總統裴澤斯基安聲稱，必對美國侵略行為做出回應。伊朗外交部指出，美方背叛談判、破壞外交。

目前伊朗國會已批准封鎖中東石油運輸要道「荷姆茲海峽」，但最終是否執行仍待伊朗最高國家安全委員會拍板。

The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification Initiative (IPC) said that air drops over Gaza will not avert the “humanitarian catastrophe” unfolding across the territory.

“The worst-case scenario of famine is now unfolding in the Gaza Strip,” said the UN-backed group of organisations, used as a monitor to gauge malnutrition.

Anas Jamal Al-Sharif was a human being, a father, a son, a loving husband and beloved by everyone in Gaza & outside of Gaza. He & 4 other journalists (Mamon Alwa, Mohammad Nofal, Mohammad Al-Khaldi & Ibrahim Al-Dahar) were murdered last night in heavy bombing attacks.
