敵方也就必須用更繁複的手段才能破解你
現代戰爭沒有必殺器這種東西
不要總有"買這個浪費錢
全靠單一兵器就能打天下"的想法

: : improve the security of the recipient and assist in maintaining political

: : The proposed sale will improve the recipient's capability in current and
: : future defensive efforts. The recipient will use the enhanced capability as a
